We have This three phase motor stator production line is widely used in the manufacturing of three phase motor stators.
This stator production line includes several machines, such as paper inserting machine, coil winding machine, coil winding inserting machine, lacing machine, and forming machine. Each machine in this stator production line is stand-alone, meanwhile, it can also be connected with conveyor.

Hi I'am amazed the way you wind it up the magnet wire into the stator thorough machine.The run winding and start winding wind it up by machine,put up insulation and weaving it up by machine. Its very different here in the Philippines I wind it up the wire in the stator by hand its a long process and takes time compares the procedure you made by machines. Thanks for sharing the video to us.

A very well done and detailed video of the stator assembly, however does your company also manufacture the rotors for those stators fields? It would be interesting to see the assembly of the stator shaft and windings.

Well, one detail is missing. Video doesn't show how they connect the leads. By brazing or soldering? Or else
@@johnbelicak4670 I checked another video on motor assembly the leads from the stator field were grouped together and soldered with a torch. I only saw a single hose feed to the hand piece, most likely a propane tank or MAPP (which is a higher temp fuel)

i used to do this by hand. i think by hand is still better because it is less bulky in the winding except by hand is very time consuming.
