This video clearly shows how 3 pairs of coils are made of wire, and bundled with a piece of yellow tape. Then, a pair of coils is inserted in the grooves of the stator and on a separate machine the part of the coils sticking out at the ends are pressed in a neat and compact shape. The 2nd and 3rd pair of coils are inserted after rotating the stator 120 degrees. Paper sheets are inserted between the winding heads of the coils to insulate against the voltage between the phases. Finally, the winding heads are supported for stability with ropes using a kind of sowing machine. There are 2 coils (north and south pole) for each of the 3 phases, for a total of 6 coils. Each coil has 2 wire ends, marked with insulation tubes with color coded phase. Connections are real simple. North and South coils of each phase are connected in series (or parallel) leaving 2 wires per phase. The terminal box will have 6 terminals, or 3 if the phases are connected star or delta.

Hello colleagues! Some people ask about the type of this engine. The windings are terminated with three wires, i.e. two yellow, two red and two black (the same color belongs to one phase). Thus, it is a typical three-phase induction or three-phase synchronous motor winding based on a permanent magnet rotor or a synchronous reluctance motor. Congratulations to the Producer!
