I changed branches a little while back from where I get my bags of coins. 1. The old branch is closing in June, 2. Different staff weren’t ordering in bags as I requested, 3. Another coin collector was dumping his returns there, so invariably I was getting hunted through change. Happy birthday by the way 🥳🎂 and that is some incredible luck finding those coins👌
I tend to have better luck on 2 pounds but they are easier for me to obtain and also carry. The Triathlon was from one of 5 sealed bags I am allowed per day. I only got 4 commemoratives inc that one. That bank is much better for dumping coins in coin machine and is where I am dumping my rejects but may as well take the 5 bags while I am there. 😂I just get what coins are available on the day. Cant get the full big bags but I do ok I think.😊I will probably get there in the end.😊
That cc price is outrageous and then postage would be extra. 😢Canoeing 50p is only 2.00 to buy at Crawley coins. 😊Top tip buy from Crawley coins. 😊and if selling sell to cc. 😂😂Rant over. 🤣🤣
@@KarenBorwell-jg6hc Hi Karen, I do use Crawley Coins for bits n pieces but top tip for new releases is UK Coin Hunt, I got my Salmons for £2.30 he used to be on TH-cam but now he's a tik tocker. Just keep checking his website he's very reliable and I've been using him for years. 😎👍

If it’s from CC, I would check the inside of the cardboard box it came in. My card was trapped between the address label and the folded bit of cardboard inside. Took a bit of finding! As for this hunt, I can’t complain at all! 😁

That’s the way some hunts tend to go. There is always that chance you get down to the last couple of bags, then find a cracker. 🙂
