I just started at PF in middle of November 2024, and this pretty much my exact upper body workout routine except I do two bicep and triceps' machines and add in the fly/rear deltoids machine. I use lighter weights and tend to do 15-25 reps. Really enjoying your videos.
What if chest press machine's weight settings are either too light or too heavy? Use the light wt setting and double the reps?? Heavy would be maybe 3 reps and then fail; cannot keep form. Which? Or switch from machine to what?? Thanks!
I love all your videos and they have been such a great help! Have you ever considered doing a series on people with mobility issues? How can they exercise at planet fitness. I have problems with my legs and I need to strengthen them, but you have to be able to move your legs to get into all these machines and stuff. How do you work around it?
