Getting a veteran horror actor to voice Venom was a genius mood. And Tony Todd has one of those voices that dually encapsulates the seductiveness and menace of the Symbiote.
When a symbiote are in a perfect sync with it's host, they can draw the most powerful of their abilities like how Venom able to infect the entire town and capable to overpower and kill Kraven.
@jamescoleman3103its still Harry doing all of it. Hes just lost in the same way a drug addict is "lost" and "not in control" when he starts doing things to further feed his adiction, and the bond he had with the symbiote was just too strong for him to just snap out of it and just like any addiction, the only one who can break it is the addict. Even Miles says it to Peter, "youre gonna have to save yourself from this one"
The fact that Venom gets offended by being called a "thing" makes me think it's Venom talking and NEVER Harry. Venom is literally just luring and gaslighting people into thinking that it is indeed Harry talking and not the Venom symbiote that's in full control.
And his offense to one word is probably a nod to Tom Hardy’s Venom, who hates being called parasite (yeah this version of Venom really hates being called a “thing”, just like Tom Hardy’s version hates being called a “parasite”).

RIP to Tony Todd. He killed it as the voice of Venom.
Tony Todd as Venom is perfection.
Resr in Peace, Tony Todd. Your creepy voice will live on.
Rest in peace, Mr Todd😢😢
Rest in Piece you legend..
Rest in Peace Tony Todd. You were the best voice for Venom, that's without a doubt.
Aw man i always knew him as The Fallen and Dreadwing. Respect to Tony Todd.
“So how much do we wanna make this the best Venom adaptation?”
Insomniac: Yes
R.I.P to a legend. My prayers go out to you, big dawg. I thank this man for leaving a legacy behind. When I heard that Tony Todd was going to be Venom, I was so stoked about it. This man left a mark on us Playstation gamers. This shoutout is for you, Mr. Todd. Thank you for completing my childhood. A true legend you are and will be remembered as. 🙏🏻
Tony Todd nailed it as Venom. May he Rest in Peace.
RIP Tony.. you were such an iconic figure to the gaming and film industry your voice and talents will be truly miss.
I love how tony todd is essentially just doing his candyman voice. He even says his ‘t’s’ the same way. Insomniac really nailed it here.
@@bruhmanofyear2647 I didnt even realize he voiced him! He was my favorite character in that show 💙
RIP tony todd, a legend never forgotten
Getting a veteran horror actor to voice Venom was a genius mood. And Tony Todd has one of those voices that dually encapsulates the seductiveness and menace of the Symbiote.
Venom. Venom. Venom. Venom. Venom. (Candyman reference)
R.I.P. Tony Todd. 🙏🥲
What I love about this Venom is that under the symbiote is still Harry, and it's not entirely the symbiote in control, it's Harry AND Venom together
When a symbiote are in a perfect sync with it's host, they can draw the most powerful of their abilities like how Venom able to infect the entire town and capable to overpower and kill Kraven.
@jamescoleman3103He also said Harry and the symbiote couldn't be separated, so he could have been wrong about this
@jamescoleman3103its still Harry doing all of it.
*Harry AND the symbiote
Its the union that creates Venom
@@Mrjohnny164Finally, the smartest person alive
Rip Tony Todd, i havent played this game yet but came here after the news
Please do
The fact that Venom gets offended by being called a "thing" makes me think it's Venom talking and NEVER Harry.
R.I.P Legend we will most definitely miss you🙏🏼💔🙏🏼
Candyman Candyman Candyman, now please come back to us Tony 😖😖😖
Thank you Tony Todd
For voicing Venom
