@@KaioFalcrow I tried this stretching routine and the one for the legs. I really like them both! This one was a bit more challenging for me, my legs are flexible, but my shoulders are not... I definitely need to do this more often. Thank you! :D
I enjoy these kind of videos a lot! But i was wondering when will you do some vlogs or short movies, they're definitively my favourite kind of videos, even tho honestly i like every video you make!

How many rest days do you recommend we should have? I train power moves 5-6 times a week about 4-5 hours a day. Not sure whether this is overtraining 😶

I train around 5 times a week, the schedule can change depending by your level and your goals or how you feel, so it's a very hard question :P
