I started trying to do the splits and I still can’t get it like I see a small difference in 4 days I don’t wanna give up but I’m mad that I try to do exercises and still don’t get it
Baneen Hamza Nooooo don’t be mad! It’s only been 4 days so you shouldn’t be expecting results that fast. My hip flexors are quite weird in the way that they are already very flexible so I think that gave me a head start! Please don’t compare your fitness/flexibility journey to anyone else, you are doing amazing! 😊🍒
that's just because you're not comfortable yet! it's the same thing as when you feel a pull in the stretches, you're just flat on the ground. if you keep stretching and holding that position (try it with a yoga block under your front leg for a slight oversplit- this is so so beneficial for holding a flat split comfortably) then soon you'll be able to hold that position easily.
@@thenewstar1856 no worries! i struggled to get the last inch of my split down and my dance teacher said i should try doing oversplit with a yoga block and that's the little push i needed to get comfortably flat, hope it helps! ❤️
