It worked with me too after one year I didn't do these stretches that often so I think I could have gotten it much faster if did it 4 times a week or sth

Go to the floor and you should slide right down

It honestly works! Been doing this after my workouts 3 to 4 times a week sometimes I would slack but we are a few months later and I can do the splits! Thank you! The other video on middle splits is also very effective I can feel my hips getting more and more flexible I can turn my feet now while I could bearly hold myself in the beginning. Flexibility is LIFE and she gave it to me. thanks again!!!!

Thank you Super Sister Fitness for this video. I was able to learn the front splits properly (right left forward) by following this video five days a week. I was able to do it within 2 months. Now I will work on my left leg forward splits. 😀

hey idk if it’s just me but I did this three times in three days and then I quit for a week or two then I started reaching my toes and I did that like 20 times a day then I tried do the splits and I’m like really close to doing it

Day 1: it hurts real bad
Day: 2 still hurts but I’m learning on how to hole the stretch
Day 4: still hurts but I can see a every small difference
Day 5I’m getting closer guys!
Day 8: I missed a few days so It might affect it
Day 9: still the same but I’ll keep going
Day 10: getting closer but not as close as I want
Day 11: I can stretch further than before
Day 12: getting closer and easier to stretch
Day 16: (skipped few days cus same results) I’m getting really close

Day 1. LOL! I am a 66 year old man. Starting out at 80 lbs over weight. Note: I have been doing beginning Yoga with Julia Jarvis for about three weeks. I am showing great improvement in my over all body. Down 10 lbs. I am getting great core strength. I am starting to get flexibility back into all of my body. Shoulder pain and lower back pain has disappeared! I am committed to completing this task. I will get down to my correct body weight. I will do the splits! I have set the goal. It will take about 18 months. The most important point that you said in this video!

This honestly works. I did this routine 4 times a week and it took me like 3 months to do it. It just takes patience
When I finally did it, I sprained my inner thigh because I went over the limit and had to wait 2 months for it to heal, so I became inflexible again. But 2 months later I did it. And now I can do it 😏

When we were in quarantine I decided that I would try and learn my splits. I watched and did this video 2 times a day for 6 months now I can finally do my splits and I am proud of myself.

I did this for about a month or two, some days I missed but kept on going... I can now do the middle splits! I'm going to keep doing this until it doesn't hurt anymore lol.

Gonna record my progress here:
Day 1: it hurts a lot as expected and even the warm up streches are tiring.
Day 2: woke up feeling my legs sore but i still did it and it still hurts a lot.
Day 3: my legs still feel sore, still no progress in split.
Day 4: my legs are a bit okay now, im getting used to the streches now
Day 5: same thing as the day 4, but i still dont see any progess in my split
Day 6: my legs are okay now, still getting use to the streches. i can see a little bit of progess in my split
Day 7: same thing as day 6 but im kinda pretty much use to the streches, still hurts tho. Again im seeing progess with my split (im doing it couple of times during the day)
Day 8: same thing as day 7 but im getting much closer from getting the split. (but it still hurts a lot)
Day 9: same results as day 8
Day 10: i can feel myself getting more flexible day by day, again still hurts a lot when im doing the actual streches for the split and it hurts even more when im practicing my balance while streching for the split. I think im 2 or 3 inches away from doing the split
Update: i stopped doing it lol. After day 10 i stopped doing the streches for 2 days then after that i did the streches again and i lost my progess in my splits. Tho this streches made me flexible so thats a good thing. Dont worry this video works, just an advice dont skip a day cause you will surely lost your progess.

I did it but only one side...thank you n I will try to get my splits on other side too very soon. And it took me 9 days as I was flexible enough. Anybody wondering how to become flexible try to do basic yoga then increase the level of yoga. *Remember strong people might not be flexible but flexible people are strong.*

I did the splits but it hurts me and I can’t hold it for more than 5 seconds 😂
You should try holding it a bit over the ground for a while until you're comfortable there. Then you can try going to the ground when it's not as painful😁
Keep training it will become muscle memory after a short while and no longer hurt

Day 2: same as day 1
day 3: got significalently lower in my spilts
day 4: very low
Okay I’m gonna try doing this once every day.
Day 1: Under my knee, it is a very sharp pain when I try to go down into a split
Day 2: Still hurts when I try
Day 3: Hurts a little less
(I forgot)
25 days later: I still can’t do it, but I’m getting closer, and it doesn’t hurt as much
26 days later: Getting closer....
(I forgot again)
1 month later: almost! I’m like 1 inch away!
Still 1 month later: still like 1 inch away!

I tried this for a week and I finally got it thank you so much if your scrolling threw comments to if this worked it did.
Okay so i was doing this at like ten oclock at night and then i remembered i had math homework so i sat in the split position while i did my math homework, half the questions with the right leg, the pther half of the questions with the left leg. I hope that when i do this tomorrow i can go a little further from sitting in a split position for half an hour.
