Absolutely stunning guys!! I didn't make it to the Arctic this year, really missing it and your videos are such a tonic for me, a big thank you! ❤ And oooft!! That finger wound 🥴 Would be nice to see some affection on cam with the lovely Jo, hold on to her tightly 😊
Hope the finger has healed Alex, nothing worse than one of those niggling injuries that just throb. Aside for that, drone misadventure another great video
Man that's actually crazy cold! I had -10 in France a few weeks back... but my Eberspacher only stays on 5 mins then switches off at the moment haha! @@MispronouncedAdventures 🥶
All caught up now. There must be not a lot of time left before the snow goes away? I can't wait for the summer to arrive. No snow for us this year, just rain, rain and more rain.........................and a bit, no, a lot more rain, fed up of the bloody stuff!
I use a generic model “ window suction action camera mount” on Amazon would bring up many of the models. They are not necessarily the best, as I’ve replaced a few, but when they do work they’re great

We used to «borrow»😉 fish from the «hjell», smash it with a hammer to losen the meat and etat it with butter - real butter! And Anitas Seafood 😁😁😁
Personalised number plates: We don't do the UK thing, where it is a tradeable commodity. All personalised plates cost 9000kr and you get it for 10 years. If someone else got what you want first, then you are just out of luck.
Which particular car park? there are more overnight parking restrictions in Lofoten then elsewhere in Norway and for good reason , because it’s particularly crowded in the summer with motorhomes. The winter less so
Read something interesting recently about Vans and driving in Norway in the winter... Vans in the weight class from 3.5T to 7.5Tons is required to have at least 3 chains(one for a steering wheel, and two for the drive wheels, and not cheap easy-on types, but the real thing with knobs welded to the chains), EXCEPT for Camper Vans. They are specifically excempt from this law... I'm guessing its because of pressure from the Caravan club. If you see tourists stopped in the middle of the road to take pictures, with no easy way to pass them; use the horn. It's effing RUDE to block traffic. The fish snack is a tourist trap, which you may already have guessed from the price. In Lofoten, I'd ask a local where to buy proper dried fish in sensible quantities. (you can get a Kilo or three for the price of that bag. ) you may need a hammer to break off bits from whole dried cod, but I''m guessing you have a hammer or other tool that can be used, already. Some stores sell salted/dried cod 'Klippfisk' that has been chopped into pieces. This is mostly for making Bacalao. (It also goes well in white sauce, with a bit of bacon and potatoes on the side) Yes, Bacalao is more commonly associated with Italy or Brasil, but hey, guess where they get their Klippfisk from. In fact, before the war, Italy had a bit of a money deficit and paid for Klippfisk with a few Medium Bombers... en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caproni_Ca.310 Some villages are so overwhelmed by tourists in the 'high season' that they're desperate to slow the deluge even a little bit. Also, many of them are really rude, peeking in through windows, walking across gardens, littering and so on. So every time you see one of those signs you know who to blame. And give them another honk or two when you end up behind them when they block the road to take picktures... Incidentally, some roads, such as Trollstigen have 'no stopping' zones. Because of the danger of Rockfalls... (or avalanches in the winter. Not Trollstigen, though. It's closed in winter) If someone stops traffic there to take pictures they're putting everyone at risk. If this happens to me, I will use a claw hammer on their car... Repeatedly.
Interesting to hear about the snow chain and campers being exempt, the campervans are exempt from a few things in the uk as well Tourists can be rude for sure or sometimes they just down know any better. We we it a lot in Scotland. Our high season has its draw backs for locals I enjoyed the fish shack and it’s obvious it caters for tourism, I didn’t think the prices were too bad and the food was good!
@omlille interesting. The private numberplate system in the UK must be different to have “Sea” for a UK numberplate which isn’t available anyway would be thousands if not tens of thousands
11:41 my old desktop background a week ago!
It’s a stunning view for sure! It’s also one of the default backgrounds on the DJI drones controller load screen well
@@MispronouncedAdventures keep on hav’n those great times

Exactly that, learning from one’s mistakes is a good thing
Hi, for safety reasons next time use cut proof gloves, be safe. Very good content ❤️👍
I think in the future just to make things simple, I will just land the drone as it’s easier to clean snow off the sensors and camera than it is blood
Another great vid Alex, brilliant drone footage as always and some cheeky commentary to boot.
Thanks for sharing and atb
Also got to keep my cheeky and random rambling in!
Really amazing film documentary, on par with those Nat Geo shots! Well done mate!
Thank you very much. I glad you enjoyed my film style. Although the Lofoten islands look incredible. It’s hard not to get good shots.
Great video as always mate 👌 some absolutely killer views along the way, safe journey
This part of Norway definitely has some incredible views
The burger was good had one last Tuesday thanks for producing these great videos.
Glad you like them! I’d love to go back
Nice bro but black out this time . Lake views
What do you mean by black out?
Awesome episode👌🏻👌🏻, wished it was an hour long tbh. Nevertheless already waiting for the next episode 👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻
Actually split this episode to begin with. this, and the previous episode were intended to be only one, but ended up being far too long

Definitely! The props are moving so fast the cuts are really very clean so no pain from it! Just throbbing!
Stunning scenery pal, absolutely stunning
It’s an amazing place
Another ace video Alex 👍👍
Cheers for watching!
I recognised a lot of those places from my drive through the islands. I stopped in that exact spot where you had the drone incident too
Yeah! I wont be forgetting some of those places
Fantastic content, watching from Melbourne Australia.
Thank you very much for watching. Glad you enjoyed the episode! I’ll definitely get over to Australia at some point!
watching from Aus 😁
Hello there! Thank you for watching!
Wow!! Such spectacular and incredible scenery!! Hope all is well, take care
Definitely is a spectacular place where the mountains meet the sea

Thank you very much. The injury wasn’t too bad I was able to put it back together
Spectacular. Nice to see you still have lovely company too.
Glad you enjoyed the episode and my company
question. Lofoten islands...how do they look in the summer.....that would be amazing to see......
Why don't you type "Lofoten island summer" into youtube, and then you'd answer your own question... sheesh.
I’ve been in the autumn and it was lovely
Ouch! Apart from the mishap, a great episode, even without much bridgey stuff...🤣
Only a minor mishap 😁 glad you liked the episode
Great video, thank you for that. 👌We also visited Norway last autumn and would like to go again this autumn.
I went in Autumn a few years ago, also a lovely time but also rather wet
I live in New Zealand and enjoy your videos. I don't think you can get much further away
Glad you enjoy my videos and yes, pretty far away from each other!
Hi Alex! I'm an another international viewer. Best regards from Belgrade Maine, USA. Love your channel.
Glad you enjoyed the episode! Nice to see that my international community of viewers is increasing
Superb content as always Alex 👌

Hi. One more Kraut that enjoys your content. Just letting you know. Will be spending next winter up there. See you around ;)
Glad to have been enjoying it! Say hello if you see me next winter

Another cracking video - hope the finger has healed up. The scenery is so amazing, what an experience. All the very best, David 👍
Glad you like this one. fingers all back together as the drone props are so fast so the cuts are clean. it actually went back together very nicely
Yet another brilliant snipet into your adventures. Thanks Alex.
Was definitely a brilliant adventure. Glad you enjoyed. It was nice to return to Lofoten
I love seeing these drone shots as they give angles of our experience that I could never capture on my phone.... and what a beautiful BRIDGE!!
I will definitely quite a few bridges in this video!
I hope your finger is better now. Thank you for your great videos.. 👍👍👍
It’s all healed now, apart from a minor lack of feeling in the main corner which took the impact
Amazing vid
Thank you! Glad you liked it!

That makes more sense because in the UK a numberplate like that would cost tens of thousands of pounds!

a license plate like the one on the gelenderwagen costs 9,000 Norwegian kroner.
£658 is actually a lot cheaper than I thought it would be. Particularly as it says “Sea”
You can choose what you want on the license plate. as long as no one else already has it. max 7 letters or numbers.

Pity you couldn’t find some ice to put on that wound
I know right! None of the shops seems to sell it 😂
All that blood made me feel abit sick Ps enjoyed adz collab you both did
My apologies, I thought it looked quite pretty in the snow 😂 I specifically didn’t show the wound though on camera that certainly didn’t look fun
Rather large/big volume difference between voice and music?
That can happen sometimes on my edits. Particularly I have issues on some of the driving talking scenes. If I forget to turn the cabin air heater down
Would be nice for a drone has image stabilization ... el freebee too!
Drones do have image stabilisation. Although I have a weird tearing issue / wavey issue on some of my shots, I think is an SD write speed problem.
