With weight training yes, combination of cardio and weights helps to lose fat and at the same time tone muscles. Moisturizing the body with coconut oil everyday works wonders as well.

@@aena5995 with PCOS yes it is difficult, having a balanced diet (no packaged and friend foods) and exercise helps bring the hormones in control and you will see change. Please talk to a licensed doctor or dietician, I am not an expert but I have learnt the benefits of exercise and clean eating.
i did also...and i used to exercise 1 hour 3 days in a week...i didn't eat sugar ,fast food,maida,even soya foods, potatoes also...but trust me i didn't even know at a time that every food is important but in a quantity....and they are celebrities they get proper diet...i was very ill that time...

A person don't need to lose weight to become an actor. Because an actor can be fat, slim, short, overweighted. But if you want to become a hero/heroine/antagonist he/she have to look good and presentable, because we are used to see the actors of a main stream cinema to look beautiful 24X7. A character actor don't need to do this as a lead actor or actress have to. And that's why all the lead actors of the film industry have to do all these things.
