The way you described the old times of "chandni", buffalo paya from Lalukhet market, and using stainless steel pot for boiling milk in the not so old days felt as if a family member of my own household was reminding me of those things. That has given me the assurance that you know what "Butt" is. It used to be sold in the Lalukhet meat market. Someday please make a video of cooking "Butt" if possible.

Paya nashta with many chacha k poray garh j sath. Haleem dawat .... Aur palak gosht b sardi mn hum Abu task palak gosht. Ya aalo palak may taak banatay Hain phone jun July. Aug.and mid sep k. baad palak ban sakta ha.

You've mislabeled your 'Garam Masala' container. Garam Masala, in English can be translated to 5 spice or just Garam masala, not Allspice. Allspice, also known as Pimento berry is a different spice altogether originating from the Caribbean, used widely in Jamaican cooking. You would know it as "Kabaab cheeni", in Urdu.
