Please Rembo Bhai Raat ko only Stove close ker dia karen bas 2 or 3 days ke lie din bhar stove per rakhey(aur bhi buhat maze ka hojaey ga inshaAllah) Raat ko Stove MUST band(off) ker dia karen Rembo bhaiya Please its could be dangerous Aap ki piyari piyari Family ke lie aur Aap ke lie yahi Advice hy!!

Glad to see you both on screen once more. Traditional payas take two days also. They make a masala yakhni with the heads and spices. I use the gut (knees) instead and cook them slowly. Then add that yakhni to the payas. You seem to be mastering some pretty time consuming and hard dishes. Please keep cooking and entertaining.
