    onion 250 grms
    garlic 12 cloves
    turmeric 1&1/2 tbs
    bay leaves 12 to 15

    cinnamon sticks 1 tbs
    water 7 liters
    onion paste 1 kg

    Excellent recipes, cooked six times, last time were 6 Black Angus Paya they are bigger in circumference but shorter than Buffalo. Add Bong couple of times as per choice, I had add Bong 4 hrs later than Paya While on slow cook.
    The whole spices were wrapped in muslin , that save the straining.
    Took all the meats and bones out Discard all large boned after a shakes,
    Add soup into masala cooked for than 5 minutes on high heat while stirring, than add meat back into the Gravy , cooked another five min and than let it simmers.
    Garnished once cool off a little.
    Certainly it’s your recipe. With a twist.
    One more thing , during your videos , I can feel a puff of cigarettes in between
    Isn’t it true.

      Rate mausam ke hisaab se change hotay rehtay hain. Mujhay dhotar achi lagti hai. pehlay sasti hoti thi ab woh bhi kafi mehengi ho chuki hai. Aap Saunaf aur gisser try kerain.

    I think the desi dish "stu" is a variant of stew brought by the Britishers to India - as my mother used to slow cook all by putting everything in one go (meat, sliced onion, sabut dhanya, whole lal mirch, julian ginger, peeled garlic cloves and dhahi) and cook it 2 to 3 hours - end dish used to be heavenly tasty meat dish!

      @@FoodScientist na mate.braising is used for tougher and cheaper cuts compared to stewing,where meat is cut into small pcs.liquid used is somewhat equal,though the meats are fully submerged in both.btw ive been your subscriber for a long tike Alhamdolillah

      @@FoodScientist yes bro now we are talking.the difference is in the quantity of liquid and the cuts of meat.braising always uses tougher or cheaper cuts of meat contrary to stewing.plus when the dish is completed,the ratio of broth/sauce of braising is far more than stewing.

    Call me jahil but I tried to convert this tarkeeb of urs into small quantity like ur mutton karahi and my head is still spinning .. aur yay batnay ki to zarorat hi nhi hy ky I failed in the task.😭 so Like others its an humble request that plz mention the recipe in the description box and do tell how to adopt these fornormal cooking... I know your hands are full juggling everything lkn I am sure being the genious u r ,you couls solve this mystry for ppl ( read nikammy ) like me whenever you hv some free time.
