A lot of people forget Boba was a clone of Jango, except the clones were formed fully grown and Boba was created as an unaltered clone who Jango could raise as a child. which means he would age normally as well. I must admit I blinked and missed the easter egg first time watching.

Ironically the man Adam pointed out as Orlando Bloom as a joke was Sam Witwer, the voice actor for Darth Maul in the Star Wars animated series, Clone Wars and Rebels. He's also the voice actor and CG model for Starkiller from "The Force Unleashed" video games. Adam your reaction at the end about Boba was glorious. lol

Krate Dragon pearls and shards have been used in lightsabers instead of Kyber in legends.
Funnily enough the reason they can be used instead of Kyber is because they're made of naturally forming Kyber in the sands.
@FocusFanatic it's rare for a greater Krayt Dragon to have a pearl as it takes 100's of years for one to form from the Kyber. So I suppose a Sith could use one if they killed a greater Krayt Dragon and happened to obtain said pearl
I thought it was an addition to the kyber crystal rather then a replacement?

It wasn't an egg...it was a pearl. That's straight out of the old Knights of the Old Republic video game. You defeat the Krayt Dragon and you get the pearl.

I think the pearl is like a sign of bravery for the Tusken people, like something holy for them, so I doubt they’d sell it
The pearl they just found has Kyber Crystal properties, and can be made into a Lightsaber (or many in this case). The pearl is rare and highly valuable in the Galaxy.

Hope Morrison gets a shot at actually making Boba Fett badass in this season. He’s been undeserving of his badass status ever since Han accidentally knocked him into the Sarlacc pit for a comedy bit. Everyone keeps referring to Deadwood when speaking about Timothy Olyphant, but to me Justified is the best show that he was on by far.

Have you noticed the aspect ratio change, IMAX style, to accommodate for the size of the Krayt Dragon on the screen? I used to hate aspect ratio changes, but I've come to appreciate them and it was done really subtle and seamless here. Took me a moment for it to register.
The mandalorian and boba will not team up as baby Yoda is force sensitive, and the jedi ruined boba's life

Boba Fett's redemption as he gets new armor. Jay, you knocked that out of the park!
Boba fett and mando teaming up would be hard. He's in possession of a force sensitive child, and jedi killed his father, and helped him get into a sarlacc pit.
Boba had his revenge on the Jedi that killed his father during the purge. Plus Boba lead the 501st against Kamino when they rebelled against the empire. I doubt Boba knows much about the Mandalorian culture outside his armor, meeting an actual Mandalorian would give him a sense of peace. Kinda like finding a lost brother or being reintroduce to your family. Boba might not like the Jedi but I do not think he would harm a baby cause it’s force sensitive.

Apparently they used altered audio from Obi Wan's Krayt Dragon imitation in a New Hope to create the sound of the beast in this episode. Now we know why the sand people ran when they heard it.

2) Because the pearls were formed from kyber, they could be used in lightsabers. A lightsaber equipped with one of these pearls emitted a very powerful and destructive blade that emitted a howling sound when ignited.

Boba Fett is not a Mandalorian but a bounty hunter that used mandalorian esque armour, so presumably the armourer wouldn't be too fond of making new armour for him :(
Well technically the Mandalorian is not a Mandalorian either. He was taken in by them, after his parents were killed in the Clone Wars. He was raised to be a Mandalorian, and swore to follow the Resol'nare (oath). This is literally Jango Fett's story too. After his father died in the Mandalorian Civil War, Jango was adopted by Jaster Mereel leader of the True Mandalorians. Raised to be a true Mandalorian, swore the oath and eventually became leader of the True Mandalorians. So why can't Boba use the armor again?

This episode was hella Western and I loved it. Did anyone else get subtle manly competition vibes from these two? Like I’ve got Boba Fet’s armor. Oh yah? Well my speeder bike is bigger than yours and I can speak to sand people. Oh yah? Well I took out the mining collective and cleaned up the town. You get the idea. I was so thrown off the first time I heard Mando call to those pand people puppies. I was like wtf? That was weird.

See, this is the way. They create and build on this, and we are along for the ride... :) Small, obscure star wars references for the nerds, and enjoyment for the public who is not in the know. Gooooooooood storytelling, and thight action. I enjoy Star Wars again, and THIS is why.
Boba is also not a Mandalorian and it has never been confirmed that Jango was one other than being born on the home world, so there is a high chance he will not give the armour to Boba
Doubt Mando will "give it" but that won't stop Boba from wanting to take it.
@@DiscoRaptor Jango was raised, trained and took the oath to be a Mandalorian by Jaster Mereel...You know...Leader of the True Mandalorians? Also Mando has a similar story to Jango. Both had parents killed during wars, both taken in by the Mandalorians and trained etc. And since Boba is technically Jango's son, what makes him so different from Mando, in terms of lineage and oaths.
I know the people who make this show know their Star Wars, because I watch other reactions and one of the guys said quote-“It’s a Krayt Dragon! Harvest the Pearl.”
He said this while the town was shaking before it even ate the Bantha.
