    Hello Doc I had my gallbladder removed four years ago or so I generally have 💩 issues either yellow diarrhea or constipation with bloating and I usually feel gassy on both ends🤷. I am reaching out to you to try and figure out if bile salts, probiotics or digestive enzymes are better(my personal reach I've read the bile salts may not be great since the liver is creating bile, not sure if that's is accurate). Thank you for taking the time to make this video. Hopefully I can find a solution to years of bad pooping problems.💖

      Might make you a little more gassy than usual. However, a good digestive enzyme blend, despite a little more gas (which may only be temporary if you take them regularly) will help you not get tired after meals, breaks down food much better which means you're extracting vitamins and minerals better, and there will be far less odor in flatulence and stools. I take them before each meal. I'm way more regular. No more constipation and all through the day, especially after lunch time is most noticeable....way more energy.

    • @dreuaustin
      @dreuaustin ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Kimchi is one of the best sources of probiotics (the good bacteria). Digestive enzymes are different. They're (supposed to be) supplied by our diets as well as produced by the pancreas and gut flora in the large intestine. Enzymes are what actually breaks down our food into individual nutrients where they can be absorbed through the small intestine into our blood stream to go where needed. Some enzymes free up the water soluble vitamins and other enzymes, like lipase, grab the fat-soluble vitamins. Therefore...digestive enzyme deficiency can lead to vitamin deficiencies which can lead to all kinds of bad stuff.

    Do you recommend a chewable digestive emzyme?

    • @jamessang5027
      @jamessang5027 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      They are my favorite. They work better than capsules because the enzymes start working after you chew them. That means that they start working in your stomach instead of your intestines.

    ?? Speak to your healthcare provider?? Good one!! lol. I’m from Canada and I can’t seem to find a healthcare provider for the life of me. And the Hospital ER is getting tired of seeing me and they tell me to go to the walk in clinic and then the clinic tells me to go to the hospital. I feel like I am just getting shooed away like a stray dog all the time, without any real help or answers. I have lost almost all hope in our so called healthcare system, especially after the whole “Plandemic” and the evil “pharmaceutical interventions” God bless the “people” 🙏 Cuz I’m finding that the “system” sucks. 👎🏼

      @@rafaelthemotivator Good advice! Ox bile capsules is good as well. Keep the acid up, make sure there's plenty of bile to extract fat soluble vitamins. Crazy how we've all been taught to take antacids...lowering acidity in the gut even more when the problems are caused by NOT ENOUGH acid.

      Dr. Ken Berry is giving good advice based on years of practice. I trust him because he takes time to refer to actual studies. Some fruits cause insulin spike. Not good for diabetics. Grains are poison these days unless organic and sprouted. Sorry, but true.
