Hello everyone, It's been a while. I haven't posted anything in like 2 months, so I suppose this shall do as an update. I haven't been working on any big project nor even started working on one. It's my last year of highschool and It's been getting tough, so I kinda had/have to take a break from any long animation stuff. SOOOooo I've been working on this on my free time! :D

I don't know why but the artificer one felt the most real to me
Reason #1 why I don't play Arti. The scavs are fine but godammit let me swim

Love the impact in the deaths, heres my ideas for the other scugs.
Monk-in filtration expecting some free light but doesn’t get any and gets assaulted by black lizard
Hunter-shot dead by king vulture or chomped by red lizard
Saint-gets jumped by a miros vulture in rubicon

Tip: do not engage in the fight in the scavengers side, not from experience but I’m pretty sure they WILL accidentally stab you, also when you are in low karma rates, try to give less sharp stuff like spears to the scavengers, use the spear on a overseer to get an overseer eye, then you can give it to the scavs
I bet an overseer baited that spear throw

I took my cousin through waterfront complex on his first playthrough because he wanted to see moon (if you know, you know) and while we were swimming a jetfish kept on knocking me further into the water, and ended up waterboarding my poor artificer
How do you even get killed by a jetfish pffft.

I've watched this at least 10 times already and the Rivulet one felt very different from the rest and I can't exactly tell why. After like hours of pondering, I figured out that Riv was the only one with proper eyes lol
The only scug with pupils
riv is adapted to the dark more than the others, thus having those eyes
The artificer death i have experienced so many times, my friend usually carries me through watery areas so i dont accidentally drown
I swear, playing artificer has given me extreme fear of water in rainworld

Usually I don’t care much for maps but this one has me excited
Survivor getting a lobtomy from a Scavenger, Gourmand getting shocked to death by a Red Centipede, Spearmaster getting harassed by Squidcada, Rivulet getting devoured by the Rot, and Artificer blowing up in the water.
All checks out.
When I saw this animation I didn't play Downpoor yet, and I never really thought about why Gourmand why being killed by a red centipede in particular.
Now that I'm near the end of Gourmand's grocery list, I know why. I know.

Nothing more than just a nitpick but in order for a centipede to zap you its tail and its head need to byte you at the same time
Oh those damm squidcadas…them and snails in this game genuinely frustrate me to no end
I don’t know why but this animation feels so smooth and expressive. (Also was the artificer one a person grudge? If felt like a personal grudge 💀)

for survivor i'm sure SU_C02 because it's outskirts and there's a spear being thrown by a scav.
for gourmand it's pipeyard and there's a red centipede so VS_C05.
for spearmaster I couldn't find something more similar than SL_B02x.
for rivulet the closest I can find is RM_DEAD02 because I couldn't find a room with a neuron stuck to a rot thing I forgot the name of it and a zapper.
and for artificer it's GW_EDGE04 because its garbage wastes water and that's the only room you will drown because you learn there that artificer has a short breath and you won't go near water after that.

The first guess makes sense, but It's actually SU_B08. If you notice the symbols in the background you'll see why.

I didn't really think much of SM's scene's room. Just a generic sky islands looking room. So I'll count it as correct.
For the Rivulet one you nailed the room I was thinking of when making that scene. But because of the zapper in the BG it could also be RM_A16 but with proto-dll's (that's what they're called). I'll count this one as correct bc the room doesn't actually exist.
For Arti tho, It's a tricky one, since I made it thinking of shoreline and using its water color. But Arti doesn't have shoreline in her campaign. But saying any room of SL or LM would have been valid. So no points for this one sadly.
So 3/5 nice!
