Exactly, if the game is punishing, it means that you will enjoy it once you learn how to play it! Finally reaching the top of the mountain is worth it, if the way to it is arduous and thorny

Omg, I ADORE this map!!! Everyone did beautifully and it feels so much like Rain World!!! Get out of your den with no hunger, find some batflies and as you’re about to take your first bite BOOM lizard. Then once you kill it its gone with the vulture and on your way to the next den its 5 centipedes to the face- the map and song fit so well together and its truly amazing!!!

This perfectly sums up why I enjoy rain world, the struggle the game presents in its ecosystem is some of the most fun I’ve ever had in a video game.
