This really is the best version ever made of this song. I am a number one fan of Floor, but in this song Tarja & Marko are unbeatable couple. Thank you for doing this!
The point about the singers is that Tarja is INSTANTLY recognisable ... and "different". Anette was "just another rock singer" and Floor isnt at the level of recognition of Tarja.
I am not ashamed to admit it. Every time I hear this song I get tears in my eyes. Tarja and Marko together absolutely nail it. Especially hearing him and knowing, that he is no longer with them hurts. But, as they say: Life goes on.😁 Absolutely great reaction.😄👍
When Tarja is singing she has an energy that is almost overwhelming, that was such a performance!!! Also, Nightwish's quality just shows the amount of effort that is put on the perfection of every note that they play/sing...just amazing 🩷
Tarja’s last show. Watch the faces of Jukka (3:39) & Empu(7:40) - even Tuomas & Marko are giving it everything knowing what’s about to happen after the show....
These are the moments, when I'm proud to be Finnish. Not that I had anything to do with this, or not that other nations aren't great also. But to see that our nation has produced something that wakens up emotions like this. We are a small, often dark, cold and harsh country. There are as many of us in the whole country, than there are people in most big cities in Europe or US. And we can still raise these stars up, and bring them to the world for everyone to enjoy, and they get emotional like this. I'm almost crying here myself :D
Especially Finnish musicians doing English songs. I do not speak Finnish so listening to that would not work. I am 100 percent Finnish-American and am proud of my heritage and those from Finland that leave a mark on the world. The band is fabulous in all aspects. 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
My favorite thing about that performance is how much each of those guys clearly enjoy playing that song. They didn't cover it as a lark or because they were asked to be on a compilation or whatever; they're covering it because they love the song.
I miss these two in Nightwish, some of their songs were just perfection. And this is the night Tarja was sick and got her letter, so sad to know what followed after this masterpiece.
Marco really is the super star of this song. He really puts the metal into it. He will be so missed. Nightwish was so blessed to have such great female lead singers.
*But you should watch both the official music video with Anette and the live clip from Tampere with Floor. "The Islander" is from "Dark Passion Play", which was the first album with Anette. Hey there, Jen!! You appeared just today on the Nightwish/Tarja radar of my TH-cam, and you've a new subscriber right here! lol Loved your reactions btw!!! I've watched quite a few of them, and I'm loving it! I wanted to say that you're so cute, and fun, and I love when you get emotional 'cause then I get too! ❤ Haha. I was really down today, but you lifted my mood to sky heights when I started to watch your videos. So thank you so much!!💖 That being said, well... I'm a huge long-time fan of NW (as you know their music is so heavenly, epic, absolutely MAGICAL), and especially of Tarja, although I do love all three singers who sang with them, they're equally amazing, great artists, just in different ways and styles, and we should never forget, regardless of personal tastes, that each one of them brought many different, special and irreplaceable elements to NW that made them grow as a band and develop their artistic identity. Like you said they're unique individuals, and we should appreciate them indiviadually, celebrate the differences that make them so unique, and be grateful for the blessed Art that they beautifully share with the world!😍 To me though, due only to my personal preferences, Tarja with her operatic, expressive, strong, dark, powerful yet heavenly and pure voice, and the deep magic emotions she's capable of delivering through her renditions, just happen to be the one who have always given me more goosebumps all over my body, bringing tears to my eyes with every breath and touching the depths of my soul ❤! I feel like she put an everlasting spell on me since I first listened to her, when I was like 13 or 14! lol Haha. Besides, her music, voice and work saved my life, especially when several years ago I started studying classical music because of her ('twas thanks to her that I came to know classical music and fell in love with opera), and this literally saved my life, so.... Yeah, she has a very special place in my heart and life!💖 Oh my, sorry for my little outburst about Tarja😆, I couldn't help it haha. Anyway, by what I've seen in your channel you do a lot of reactions to NW with all singers (which is great! Keep it up! We Nightwish addicts love to see the NW lore spreading all around hahaha). So I'm wondering if you'd be willing to react to Tarja's solo work too, since I'm also a Tarja addict😆hahaha. I followed her solo career far more closely and can assure she's been doing a stunning, beautiful solo work too. I'm sure you'd be thrilled. (Side note: her solo musical style is not easily defined; of course it still has plenty of the symphonic metal elements as main references such as some kinds of guitar riffs, epic orchestral arrangements and her remarkable operatic vocals, but she incorporates aspects of many other styles and it's quite different from what we used to hear from NW, but just as magnificent!! I love the fact that she just walked her own path and found her "artist self", never trying to copy or recreate her old days with NW, and I absolutely LOVE the results of her choices, I hope you like it too. Also she has much more freedom now to compose and write her own songs, play piano, sing however she likes, and just fully liberate her truest artist soul.) - If you're taking suggestions, please, I'll be so happy if you add at least some of these to your reactions list: 1. th-cam.com/video/6T-Wyw9lYyM/w-d-xo.html . "In for a kill", from her 2010 album "What lies Beneath", but this is a performance from her 2012 first live-album "Act I". It's bombastic! Hear the lion within her roar! 2. th-cam.com/video/K3QmQN7VSNI/w-d-xo.html . This performance is also from Act I, a kind of mixed version of two of her ballad songs ("Oasis" and "The archive of lost dreams"). Here she sings while playing a grand piano, showing some dramatic nuances of her expression and voice, kind of "gothic vibes". She delivers such a touching, emotional and beautiful performance! It makes me shiver and cry every time! I've never seen anyone react to this performance, but imo more people should do it, it's a "forgotten" treasure! 3. th-cam.com/video/jxqodwLVdcU/w-d-xo.html . "Love to Hate", this song is part of her 2016 album "The Shadow Self" and the performance recorded in 2018 for her live-album Act II. Outstanding, another breathtaking performance, one of my favorites! 4. th-cam.com/video/tv4XWkTWQ0M/w-d-xo.html . "Undertaker", also live for Act II, and another track from "The Shadow Self". Soo Incredible! 5. th-cam.com/video/UGkbQj8e6JI/w-d-xo.html . "Crimson Deep", the song is also from "What lies Beneath" and this performance, from Act I too. This one gives me chills, I just love it! 6. th-cam.com/video/TGjkjNXYBWI/w-d-xo.html . "Dead Promises", live at Masters of Rock 2019, and the song is from her latest 2019 album "In the Raw". Freaking awesome! \m/ 7. th-cam.com/video/0QtdQQne2Ts/w-d-xo.html . "Passion and the Opera", this one is actually by Nightwish, but she performed this in her solo career, and this one was in 2007. Sooo amazing!!! I don't think she performed this one live while with NW, I'm not sure though, need to check this out. - Since Tarja is a classically trained lyrical singer who often performs in classical concerts, some of her classical performances would be awesome too, if you have time for it, of course haha, AND if you're into some classical music stuff as well (I love it, I'm a metalhead AND a classical musician, so.......😆). I promise it's worth it though, she's really amazing! 1. th-cam.com/video/T2VIhB7q9uQ/w-d-xo.html . This is a czech opera aria called (in english) "Song to the Moon", from Dvorák's opera "Rusalka". Tarja sings it beautifully, so expressive, majestic and stunning! 2. th-cam.com/video/kEFFp3G3cMc/w-d-xo.html . This one is the "Ave Maria" composed by Tarja herself. It's heavenly, divine and touching! 😍 3. th-cam.com/video/761qOzEdl8E/w-d-xo.html . This german aria is "Mein Herr Marquis", from Johann Strauss' opera "Die Fledermaus". Here she shows some super high notes of her soprano vocal range and quite an agility that is really impressive, for her voice has a little more dramatic, heavier and darker timbre, and this in lyrical music world generally means, in short, that the singer (man or woman) won't have so much agility due to some physiological features. 4. th-cam.com/video/4NL6xSHWQv0/w-d-xo.html . This is Tarja singing Puccini's "O mio Babbino Caro". Exquisite!😍 Thank you for bringing us joy and helping to spread NW lore! 🤘 Keep it up! Hope to see some Tarja soon😜 haha. Be well, dear!!
Love all your reactions Jen but for me this was the best. The look on your face when you realised Marco was singing brought out all your emotions of shock , sadness and happiness. We all feel it with you Jen. Best wishes from the UK.
It doesnt matter how many times I watch this performance of Phantom of the Opera, it always gets me teary eyed, specially at the very end where Tarja hits that high note, she just blows me away, and Tarja and Marco are probably the single best vocal duo I have ever heard, they sound SO FANTASTIC together!
This performance is epic, 100% metal rendition, full old school nightwish, two legendary singers that will never ever repeat this performance any more which makes the whole performance even more precious. The original song is 100% musical theater. It can not be compared, because each version is for the respective audience. Than Floor and Henk also created an epic version. This was a typical blend with a full metal singer and a full musical theater singer. This colab fitted the format of the show so well and therefor created fantastic television. My point is that all three versions differ in time, circumstances, purpose and audience. Just incomparable but all fantastic.
You weren't kidding when you told me that this hit you hard. I'm still reeling over the loss of Marko too. Don't worry, he'll be back next year bored out of his mind and ready to rock. Keep the faith little sister 🤗
This is so epic, beautifull and best performanse what i ewer seen. I love how Tarja and Marko Voice’s resonance together. And i love you reaction❤️🔥 i feel same.
Hi Jen, Tarja was a great idol for those girls in those days and she still is. Nightwish was already really famous band in Finland in 1990's. And I think you know now why those girls had tears in their eyes.
Great reaction great song. This is how I imagine the song being performed always. Their pairing is just amazing . Best version and my favorite version ever of this song.
I feel you, I am seeing Nightwish at the Virtual Concert, then on Nov 18th Birmingham (UK), then Wembley on the 13th December.... Im super excited, like you wouldn't believe... but at the same time I have a knot in my stomach, an emptiness inside, going to be difficult not having Marko there. My heart goes out to him, he has much love from us all. I wish him the very very best in this world.
Ahhh, "The Phantom of the Opera" and Nightwish... two from ones of the most amazing things created ever! And "The Phantom of the Opera" has been huge thing in my life since first saw it and heart it as kid, and it's one of the reasons I wear masks on my videos, sister! Loved your reaction, and felled your tears... when I heard Nightwish's version of the song, I literally spended the night watching it and listening to it over and over again all night long and just crying from the power and beauty of it.
Hello my favorite TH-cam Reactor!!! Bonjour!!! Yes isn’t this the best?! I cried like a baby 👶 Nightwish is a part of my life on a daily basis!!! They are, by far, MY FAVORITE ever!!! Love your reactions!!! You’re so awesome 🤩 I wish you the most successful journey ever!!!! ❤️ Jen
Nightwish have truly transcended from being a musical act to being nothing but pure emotion, and your reaction has definitely proved this! Only they can bring tears to your eyes and make you feel a thousand feet tall at the same time! 🤘 ❤️
One of the best duets ever and the best live of this. They act the roles of Phantom and Christine also so well. Marco is so awesome as Phantom and together with Tarja they mix the act together.
I have seen this video multiple time! It's one of my favorites!! BUT this is the first time I have had a visceral reaction to it. I filled a couple of tissues wiping tear until I finally gave up and just let it come. Because of the emotions YOU clearly feel it causes your fans/followers to have the same emotions! I'm a new subscriber and will definitely watch more!! I think you are very real.
Marco is so awesome. About 20 years ago he joined us in the middle of the song on our gig. He did perform few songs with us (80`s heavy) and we got to sing together also. He was on a gig in same town and joined in the groub right away after stepping in to the bar. His brother Zachary was there also. It was amazing.
ummm :Im glad you got to see them. i have seen them 4 times. This song and concert brings back EVERY NIGHTWISH memory. AMAZING!!! ......... JUST FUCKING AMAZING!!!.
This is one of my favorite Nightwish performances. It is very iconic. In addition, the parallel that is possible between the history of Nightwish and the story told by the musical is very interesting. Tarja would be Christine and Tuomas would be the Phantom. In the musical's history, the Phantom is in love with Christine. It is an unrequited and stormy love. In addition, the Phantom is heard through Christine when she sings his compositions. The story of Nightwish is marked by dramas and many say that Tuomas suffered from an unrequited love for Tarja. Tuomas used to say that Tarja was the voice that best expressed his feelings. The lyrics of songs in Tarja's day were often very confessional. Christine was the voice of the Phantom, while Tarja was the voice of Tuomas. In the musical, the Phantom disputes Cristine with Raoul. At Nightwish, Marcelo (Tarja's current husband) said that Tuomas disputed Tarja's love (read the answer he gave to question 36 of the fans). Nightwish's choice to cover The Phantom of the Opera, just the part where Christine and the Phantom sing together, seems to be a very interesting coincidence, or who knows, it might even be a choice made by the unconscious, if the situation is viewed from a psychoanalytic perspective.
My favorite fact about Tarja & Floor is that they are actually good friends & have been since before Floor took over as female lead singer of Nightwish. There is even a video of them singing together at one of Tarja's concerts.
I've been watching a lot of American reactions to Nightwish lately. I chose to watch those who really liked the work of this great band and were interested not only in Floor but also in Anette and Tarja. And I made an amazing discovery. Almost everyone who makes reactions to this band got acquainted with it 2-3 years ago. Now I was wondering how a band that was blowing up the music charts in Europe in the early 2000's and collected stadiums, was practically unknown in the USA?
Maybe I am totally wrong on this but I have a feeling that many American people only listen to artists of their own country, because indeed, if you see how many Americans react in total awe when they hear them the first time, it has to be something like that.
This was the best reaction I've ever seen. You are amazing. I'm not even a big Nightwish fan, don't kill me, but this reaction I can't, super big hugs from Sweden. Subscribing of friggin course.
If you really like tarja and Nightwish you should see all this beautiful live called "End of an Era" from 2006. This was the last show of Tarja with the band ant it's all so beautiful and moving.
I found these guys while listening to input from others on Liliac and Marc Martel. I've seen the name of the band around; but, had never listened to them. Then I saw a reactor cover this song in particular and holy crap! Years ago I did a soundtracks mix for myself in which the theme from Phantom played a big part. The original is really good - naggingly so. But it always suffered to my mind from an overt repetition of phrasing that wears you out on it no matter how epicly good it sounds. This arrangement, scrubs that. The held note at the start brings tension all on it's own and is repeated later. It's a masterful re-arranging of the piece. Hats off to the band all around. This, is the way the Phantom of the Opera is meant to sound. Period. They wrote the book on it and the final word IMO. Operatic or no, this is what should be in the opera house. Also, I come to this clean, having never heard Nightwish before encountering them as noted. Tarja is a gift and Marco is a legend IMO. The two of them singing in unison almost makes a single voice and yet that distortion in Marco's voice reminds you it's two voices and this is essentially a war of wills. Tarja's vocal is just stunning on the opera end of things and, again, this is the feel the Phantom is meant to have. And this will be in my new music collection. Love them.
This was a treat! I love Floor and Henk version but this has energy that is unbeatable. Notice the homage that Tuomas gives tuo Tarja before she starts her climbing together with Marco's "All rise" in the end.
I came back here, becouse it's worth it. Your reaction is like the reaction of a child who walked into a candy store and got their dream candy. I love seeing your reaction, truly and honestly ... I saw that you have reactions to whole Nightwish concerts in your collection ... when I have time I will definitely watch... Kisses for a good day.... See You next time :)
End of an Era always makes me wince with its cinematography. The rapid zooms and slow motion never cease to annoy me. Fortunately, the sound is stellar and the performances are all fantastic.
I totally agree with you Jen. I had the same reaction to this video as you did and to the circumstances surrounding Marco's departure. I'm hopefully going to be at the NYC show in October as well. As a musician myself, I can't believe the emotions that this band brings out in me.
Nightwish was a greek tragedy those days. In the very high of the band history they separated badly. After create this hugh master piece that was End of an Era, it was over. But Tarja said just a few months ago that even the painfull breakdown she is proud of the music they did together. A bittersweet end? We'll see.
i love this video & the song so much maybe u can react to the full concert on nightwish sunday this concert was in 2005 END OF AN ERA last concert with tarja after this concert she got fired with an open letter from the band .
I saw this 2005 in Stuttgart, Germany...this last section from Tarja and Marco blew me away! This and Floor’s last note at GLS are the most unforgettable concert moments of my life!!!
Freaking awesome reaction! First time hearing Tarja, and I'm absolutely in love. It is the best version that I've ever heard. Goosebumps every single time!
Jen Well this randomly came up on my home page this morning. And yeah, even though I'm really NOT going through your back-catalog of reactions, I just had click as this performance is one my absolute favourites from the band. In fact every time I hear it, watch it, it moves back to the top of the list for a while... Your reaction to this was epic! This is why you've built up such as strong base of support over the last 18 months or so. You wear your heart sleeve. You feel this shit! And we love watching you going through the entire range of emotions and having your little squirrel moments too - eg "wrong damn button Jennifer". (This is pure JUSTJEN at your absolute best. No editing needed at all) And yeah, I completely agree with your assessment - This was magic and is arguably the best version of this song ever recorded. And if you are reading this, then what the hell!!!! Stop it!!! You haven't got time to read this nonsense. Go away. Get back to your family!! Go clean up the dog poop from the yard!!! LOL
One of my favorite reactions to this epic production. What a beautiful smile.....even if Marco has left the band you will always have the music they shared to enjoy 🙂
Honestly Jen I have watched that what seems like a thousand times and I cried all over again watching you see it for the first time, this is the effect they have, and they have had me gripped for 22 years now, loved it and keep up the great work :)
I cried worse when I watched the replay!!! What an amazing song. I can’t even begin to express my appreciation for NW. They have literally cleansed my soul
A presença de Tarja com sua performance e Voz Alucinante que nos faz flutuar, é Alucinante! Lava Minha Alma sempre que a ouço... Leva me à lágrima. A Voz de Marko em contraste cm a viz de Tarja é mágica, perfeita!! A melhor versão de O Fantasma da Ópera!! Som Épico!!!
There is only two bands in existence that leave such a huge mark on me everytime I hear them, and that is Nightwish, and Iron Maiden. Both bands are masters at performance and master musicians. I highly recommend that you also check out Iron Maiden, Just Jen. They have the same magic Nigtwish does, and both bands have had members expressing that they are fans of the other. Regarding this reaction. Tarja is amazing. She have always had a special place in my heart. And her and Marco play so well of each other. :) Have you heard Sacrament Of Wilderness? One of the earliest Nightwish songs ever. It is fantastic, and it shows you much about how they began and the style they started with. :)
Ah, End of an era. One of the concerts for you to watch entirely. FYI: If I remember right, Tarja was recovering from flu when this was recorded. Also it was her last show with the band. You should watch their cover of Pink Floyd's High hopes in this same concert.
I thought you would have done this one before, it's one of the first reactions for Tarja era because of how great and iconic it is. I echo that message, every vocalist has to be celebrated! I feel you with Marko, still can't believe he left and we are not seeing him this year...oh well let's just support the new bassist
I saw them perform this song a little while before this was recording. The atmosphere at the start of this song is hugely emotional and amazing. I don't think I ever experienced such a thing during a live performance of a (symphonic) metal band.
Love Marko's distortion and deeper register. That deeper voice brings the malevolence of the phantom. A tenor sang the phantom's opart when I saw it live.
The most epic and historic nightwish performance ever in my opinion absolutly heartbreaking and beautiful❤
Especially heartbreaking when we all know what happens at the end of the show. 😭😭😭
You say it loud..yes.

3. th-cam.com/video/jxqodwLVdcU/w-d-xo.html .
7. th-cam.com/video/0QtdQQne2Ts/w-d-xo.html .
3. th-cam.com/video/761qOzEdl8E/w-d-xo.html .
Exquisite!😍
Thank you for bringing us joy and helping to spread NW lore!
A small correction on that: Henk is originally an opera singer, he started to do musicals later on in his career.
And i love you reaction❤️🔥 i feel same.
this was their last concert with Tarja and this concert was in Finland, their homecountry so it was emotional moment to all... Marco we miss you
This performance never fails to bring out emotions.
Thank you for the "NO HATE" comment. A fantastic performance. The whole show is great.
I totally agree with you. Every single emotion, every single word, every single letter
It was Tarjas last comcert before leaving Nightwis in Helsinki on the tour End Of The Era thats whay there was so much emotions
This, this right here, is the best tribute to Marco there could be. Respect, love, and happy trails.
TARJA
i think the best female voice that i have ever heard
period :)
❤️ Jen
Andrew Loyd Webber version? From 2004? That's my favourite.
Of all the reactions I have seen to this I love yours the most
I have seen this video multiple time!
Wow thank you so much! 🤗
That's great, do you have a link to that?
There is a point where evolution reaches its climax and it's within this song. There's nothing more to say
Best reaction I ever saw from anyone to any song...
Love them.
Very well said…👏🏻
Tarja on the Wishes To Eternity live concert, "Swanheart"..... you're welcome!
You could add REMASTERED VERSION.
Because it is so MUCH better quality than the original.
And they won't ever do it, because it is mch newer and has so few views still.
The best reaction to any reaction ♥️♥️♥️💯💯💯 love you for giving the befitting reaction for this performance
Loved your reaction 💕
This was a treat! I love Floor and Henk version but this has energy that is unbeatable. Notice the homage that Tuomas gives tuo Tarja before she starts her climbing together with Marco's "All rise" in the end.
I really love that too! I love that in Nightwish generally. They give each other credits often during a concert.
Thanks Dave! Welcome back!!
End of an Era always makes me wince with its cinematography. The rapid zooms and slow motion never cease to annoy me. Fortunately, the sound is stellar and the performances are all fantastic.
Try slaying the dreamer same concert (Tarja and Marko)!
This is the best ever ! So right!
hi i saw nightwish her in norway with tarja, soo amazing band at that time
Hands down to the best version of Phantom Of The Opera. 🙌🏻
This is unmatched!!!
Oh come on, easily the best ever phantom of the opera. No one ever dared to do it so heavy.
I totally agree with you Jen. I had the same reaction to this video as you did and to the circumstances surrounding Marco's departure. I'm hopefully going to be at the NYC show in October as well. As a musician myself, I can't believe the emotions that this band brings out in me.
She is the queen!
Nightwish was a greek tragedy those days. In the very high of the band history they separated badly. After create this hugh master piece that was End of an Era, it was over. But Tarja said just a few months ago that even the painfull breakdown she is proud of the music they did together. A bittersweet end? We'll see.
Watched 100 times, tears everytime.
The best nightwish formation, for me.. 🇲🇨
you are lovely!!!!i start cry when i see your reackt....lovely !!! all finland we love your reality
i love this video & the song so much maybe u can react to the full concert on nightwish sunday this concert was in 2005 END OF AN ERA last concert with tarja after this concert she got fired with an open letter from the band .
This is going to happen...
@@Duskwind_ yes brother can't wait ;)
@@Duskwind_ I`ll be there 👍
Unreal performance. I cried with you Jen 😢. I really miss Marco so much. His leave still hurts a lot.
The best duet! I love Tarja so much!!!
thank you for your passionate reaction. we all miss marko. greetings from germany.
Yo creo que si volverá espero que no con Nightwish.
Seeing you crying brings me back to when i bought this dvd back in 2005! Must've seen it a thousand times, and it still hits right in the heart
Yes Jen, Nightwish never disappoint.....
Marco stripping them gears to get to overdrive. WOW!! and Tarja killing it! Epic!
Everyone’s going crazy. It’s fabulous!
Jen
Well this randomly came up on my home page this morning.
No editing needed at all)
And yeah, I completely agree with your assessment - This was magic and is arguably the best version of this song ever recorded.
This was song that made me Nightwish fan enjoy lady :-) it struck a chord in me been hooked ever since loved it
Your reaction to this song is historical. Love ya! ❤️💋❤️
Oh man.. So much emotions..I was there..It was a rollercoaster
Jen if you like Marco check out Avi Maria with Marco and Tarja live..
This is the best Reaction Video EVER 🙂
A presença de Tarja com sua performance e Voz Alucinante que nos faz flutuar, é Alucinante! Lava Minha Alma sempre que a ouço... Leva me à lágrima. A Voz de Marko em contraste cm a viz de Tarja é mágica, perfeita!! A melhor versão de O Fantasma da Ópera!! Som Épico!!!
You are an genuine treasure Jen, when you get emotionel i will to.
I so appreciate this reaction, and your commentary. It perfectly reflects how I feel.
Jen, oh Jen, someone should show this video to Marko. He'd break down and be like "Dry your eyes, lady. I'll be back."
I LOOOOOVED your reaction so much!🥰😍
Nobody sings the phantom like Marko!!!!
I love your nightwish reaction Videos :-)
Tarja and Marko make me cry, too - pure excellence.
Great reaction to an awesome performance, sending you hugs Jen,,,your passion is awesome,,,
There is only two bands in existence that leave such a huge mark on me everytime I hear them, and that is Nightwish, and Iron Maiden.
Have you heard Sacrament Of Wilderness? One of the earliest Nightwish songs ever. It is fantastic, and it shows you much about how they began and the style they started with. :)
Ye, Maiden is fuckin' gods of heavy metal.
Thank you Jen for sharing this awesome song...just speechless 👍👌
I have been there tears running down your face .so so good
Ah, End of an era.
Jen, your reaction is awesome. Especially, at highest Tarja's note.
Now I just got done crying and watching the replay! I have to dive back in and check out my face! Thank goodness I have tissues on deck!
The good days. Gets me every time.
