What are the approximate property taxes, home insurance? How about water, sewage? Thanks.

The taxes in this area will be under $3000 and the insurance would be about $800/month. My last 2 clients in the area have an insurance under $800. It is on a septic tank so typically it is about under $20 but it all depends.

One more question, the flooring that is laid, is the floor below solid concrete or is it hollow underneath.
Im from SA.
Love the spaciousness of homes in the US.
Also i want to kn, why are there never any homes with fitted cupboards in bedrooms. Like there is in the kitchen area.
Is it to keep the cost down or some other reason.
Are all homes in the US with closet space only.

Thank you for watching and supporting! :) I really appreciate that. They are solid. All homes are built with concrete slab on the bottom. That is a good question, I guess that is something that they just stopped doing here. I don't think I have seen that many homes here in Florida or in general.

Am on the west coast & I really want to move to FL but more in Tampa area. Dont think am selling my house just in case I want to move back. I have been looking at expenses and insurance and property taxes is very high! Still considering it though

I love the Tampa area. That is one of the places I would love to live here in Florida. The taxes in places like Orlando, Tampa, Miami and those major cities are high. I do hear that some states have like $13,000+ taxes and that is crazy! One of my clients is moving cause his taxes is $30,000 a year 😳
