When just starting out, how much should you be paying them approximately ?

This was really helpful. As a new business owner, I have plenty of revenue to hire for (mostly) whatever I want and that often ends up in a lot wasted cash. It’s like… ok I need to hire but I would assume a role like this is all one person. And that ends up with a lot of unmet expectations.
