Before I did your strength training especially the upper and lower (which I have now done for 6 weeks), wow what a difference and the strength in my arms are now showing up in all your workouts!! Do them all everyone!! As they go together and it’s wonderful what results these workouts bring with consistency and determination!!! 💪❤️❤️❤️

I was successful in completing the 10,000 steps. The next day, I was stiff, which was surprising since I exercised daily. However, I continued my exercises and felt better throughout the day. I will try to do the 10,000 steps every other day. I wasn't sure what the 10,000 step challenge was; if to complete once or incorporate as a daily routine.
I exercise daily and I was stiff the next day, too:) Even though 10,000 is manageable for a lot of people when just going for a walk, 10,000 steps in this type of workout is a lot since we're doing so much more than simply walking. All the extra side steps, etc., plus all the arm movements makes it far more challenging than just taking 10,000 steps. As for the challenge, it can be whatever you want it to be.😉
First time attempting this workout. Thought I might be a bit ambitious as not been exercising like this for long BUT I did it! Thank goodness for the motivational reminders to keep going though. Very tempting to stop sometimes but everything is designed so well to inpsire us to carry on. I loved the happy dance at the end and find myself smiling throughout when I see a lovely smile encouraging me. 😊

Thank you for the workout and effort! The beats per minute seemed super low, though. I only got 9615 steps and under 700 calories burned, with the stretch. I don't think I'd do this one again.

AMAZING Carole! Congrats for finishing it! I was cleaning up paperwork this past weekend and came across my French books and was disappointed with how far I had come, and then stopped. I was in courses for 2-3 years but when Covid hit, the classes stopped. It was also when I started my YT channel so my life started to get busier with that as well. I wish I could say that I'll start learning French again, but with my channel I just don't have any extra time to give to learning it. Maybe I can again when I retire from my full-time job in 4.5 years:)
Yess one think at the time. You will be abble like you said when you have more time. French is not easy to lern all verbes , to many words compare to English. And like you, for me its befor I come here with you workout that I was never speak english, I steel dont speak english 😅 but writhing is toff, cause its the first time on my life that I Wright. Its a nice project for your retirement. Keep your time for us here haha! Dont stop the workouts for french course 😊 today I did 15 min. Morning + 2 times 20m. This afternoon. Unfortunately at the moment I can’t properly do this work out, in fact the most of the time I’m stuck in bed, so I’m adapting it. 10,000 ‘movements’ of something at the same tempo - whether that’s a shoulder shrug or an arm lift or a bicep curl, hand flex or a squeeze of my legs while lying down.
A massive kudos to you for doing what you can with other movements so that you're still moving and getting in exercise. That definitely takes determination!

Just keep working out daily, choose a variety of workouts, add in strength training, and eat a balanced, healthy diet. Over time, you'll continue to see positive changes.
@@monicadaparma5694Meaning to use weights and do exercises that build strength. I have plenty of all-in-one workouts that incorporate strength exercises, and also have strength training workouts. Even the 10-15 minute full body strength workouts will make a huge difference.
I love your longer walking workouts. I prefer going out in nature, but I always use your videos when the weather is too yuckie. I will give this one a go the next time I can't go outside! Love the 20 seconds as well, thank you.
It was raining a lot today so I put on this workout. It didn't feel very hard, the 20 seconds is great and I love all the new moves I haven't seen from you before! I like to listen to the flowerpowerradio and I had a lot of fun with this one. Thanks for the motivational texts as well. I find them very helpful during the longer workouts. I got 9.670 steps so close enough!

That was amazing. There were times when I wanted to stop but then one of your motivational messages would pop up and I kept going. As I said last week I need to seriously address some issues health wise and this was a great start. I have a long way to go but hoping over the next 3 months with diet and exercise I can get things back to normal. Thanks Jules for all the workouts you do for us. You are a gem. X

For workouts, if they are too slow for some individuals, double time the movements.
@@rosemariekimball5787Good suggestion. Generally overlaying her music to a 140bpm fixes it, basically speeding it up.

AMAZING Carole! Congrats for finishing it! I was cleaning up paperwork this past weekend and came across my French books and was disappointed with how far I had come, and then stopped. I was in courses for 2-3 years but when Covid hit, the classes stopped. It was also when I started my YT channel so my life started to get busier with that as well. I wish I could say that I'll start learning French again, but with my channel I just don't have any extra time to give to learning it. Maybe I can again when I retire from my full-time job in 4.5 years:)
Yess one think at the time. You will be abble like you said when you have more time. French is not easy to lern all verbes , to many words compare to English. And like you, for me its befor I come here with you workout that I was never speak english, I steel dont speak english 😅 but writhing is toff, cause its the first time on my life that I Wright. Its a nice project for your retirement. Keep your time for us here haha! Dont stop the workouts for french course 😊 today I did 15 min. Morning + 2 times 20m. This afternoon. I'm so glad! You ought to be...it's a long one with a ton of arm movements, too which makes it even harder.
What step tracker do you use? I have Fitbit. So sometimes I don't get my step count ! 😢
I use an Apple watch. I sometimes hear from others that their count is different from mine and I'm guessing it's the difference in watches.
what a fantastic workout. i will be doing it this afternoon. i love all your video's, they have helped me so much over the past year to lose ( now 3and half stone) weight. never thought i could do that. stuck at the moment on a plateau, but i will persevere.

Unfortunately at the moment I can’t properly do this work out, in fact the most of the time I’m stuck in bed, so I’m adapting it. 10,000 ‘movements’ of something at the same tempo - whether that’s a shoulder shrug or an arm lift or a bicep curl, hand flex or a squeeze of my legs while lying down.
A massive kudos to you for doing what you can with other movements so that you're still moving and getting in exercise. That definitely takes determination!
The intermediate cardio & strength calendar said to do this workout + 20 minute Strength. Is that correct? Just checking :)
I often don’t know what I am creating a month in advance. The 10000 is likely enough for today!

Jules hello.....how can I reduce thighs? Total body, running, walking maybe uphill...? Of course...I eat sweets, they are my drug😢
Just keep working out daily, choose a variety of workouts, add in strength training, and eat a balanced, healthy diet. Over time, you'll continue to see positive changes.

@@monicadaparma5694Meaning to use weights and do exercises that build strength. I have plenty of all-in-one workouts that incorporate strength exercises, and also have strength training workouts. Even the 10-15 minute full body strength workouts will make a huge difference.
I love your longer walking workouts. I prefer going out in nature, but I always use your videos when the weather is too yuckie. I will give this one a go the next time I can't go outside! Love the 20 seconds as well, thank you.

It was raining a lot today so I put on this workout. It didn't feel very hard, the 20 seconds is great and I love all the new moves I haven't seen from you before! I like to listen to the flowerpowerradio and I had a lot of fun with this one. Thanks for the motivational texts as well. I find them very helpful during the longer workouts. I got 9.670 steps so close enough!
Just completed this, brilliant. I don't know why but this 1.30 went by very quickly, don't know whether it was the 20 second intervals! Super sweaty. Thanks Jules.

That was amazing. There were times when I wanted to stop but then one of your motivational messages would pop up and I kept going. As I said last week I need to seriously address some issues health wise and this was a great start. I have a long way to go but hoping over the next 3 months with diet and exercise I can get things back to normal. Thanks Jules for all the workouts you do for us. You are a gem. X
