I don't avoid by terrain level except when I can tell it requires special equipment; e.g. climbing gear or a boat. But high-terrain caches are relatively rare around here. It looks like your area has a huge amount of them.
I Know its been two months since you made that comment... but yes our area can have a lot of T3-5 caches, we are on the eastern cusp of the rocky mountains and have a meteor impact site (at least one) so lots of steep inclines and drop-offs, we also have a fair number of rivers in the area. our home town motto is " where even the rivers meet".
@@CacheFloKeepers yeah you can do some cools stuff on there on the maps you can use the draw tool too select areas then save it to the virtual gps you set up , then they can be exported to lists in geocaching.com or saved as gpx file .
It is so odd that they have the add all to list on the app but not the online version. I have wanted this for quite some time. I use lists extensively, creating them for outings and roadtrips.

you can use project-gc to create lists and then save them to gc
Cool, I haven't spent much time on there spurts here or there but not familiar with the whole site

Us too! Especially the year we had no active cell phones and lived off of wifi only to save money. (Oct 2017-jan 2019)
