Great practice, Andrew! I really enjoyed this variation of pigeon as well as the music during the pranayam. It was so beautiful! I took your advice and did 9 minute savasana to let the energy settle and now I am ready for the day. Thank you!
Hello Andrew. this practice was so beautiful. Thank you for the great experience. It was the perfect moment, because of my personal situation. Thank you very much ♥️

Andrew, struggling with a supervisor who has blocked me and denied me tools to do my job. Thank you for this series. Working on self forgiveness, job search and forgiveness of my supervisor. Grateful for your team & for posting this heart opening course on TH-cam.
Oh Ann! I'm sorry to hear you're facing these current struggles. And I'm very glad to know that you're using the energy and emotions of the practice to help you through this process. This is the best thing you can do! Keep working on your Self and surely all the answers you seek will be found 💝 P.S. the "team" is just me and my wife Clelia 😉 And we are so grateful to you for your support and sharing this path with us 🙏
This is a common experience with almost any asana (posture) when it is new or unfamiliar for the body. Holding almost any position for an extended period of time has a variety of effects on the different systems of the body (ie: the blood pressure/cardiovascular system, the nervous system, the muscles and connective tissues, etc.). I believe it is this impact that give many of the Asana almost "magic-like" effects on the mind and body. However, during the process of becoming familiar with these positions, and the changes they create on the nervous system, etc., it is very common to have the experience of the limbs "falling asleep", getting tingles, feeling numbness, etc. In general, for the few minutes that we do these poses, there is no danger beyond slight discomfort. And of course, if you feel like you need to adjust at any point, feel free to do so 💗
This was truly a releasing practice Bro Andrew! We all tend to hold so much of anger and resentment within ourselves only making our own lives miserable. I had no clue that with the practice of yoga and pranayama one could practice forgiveness. Thank for taking away a lot of unwanted load from my heart. 😇👌🏻🙏🏻✨🖤🤍
