I was able to hold each pose for the time duration given! Today I felt sensation of heart expansion. Since starting this practice I’ve also noticed more compassion, love, and acceptance for myself and others. A reoccurring belief of “I’m not worthy” and “I’m not good enough” has been rising to the surface so I’m also working through that as I journey through this 10 day program. Both on being about to sustain the duration of the practices, and for being present and aware to the energies and emotions that are arising 💗 These sort of limiting beliefs are very common. The first thing is to become aware of them - so you're already doing the work! Then the next step is to cultivate that awareness during the moments when they are the most "heavy". We actually have a full course dedicated to this type of energetic "shadow work". It's called "Transformation | Journey Through the Chakras Level 2". We explore the various shadows and traumas that can arise during the developmental stages of the Chakras and then provide various somatic practices for learning how to wokr through and remove these emotional blockages and recurring patterns. I was told to tear down the barriers around my heart in a message from the other side and then I saw you were doing this so I had to join, haven't done any kundalini classes in a while and it is definitely working, day 5 and the energetic shift is noticeable. But I live in a mobile home, it is a stormy day and holding dancers pose for two minutes while my whole house was wobbling required concentration on another level! It made me giggle though. 😆

Hi Andrew, BIG smile on my face after this practice😁.. Beautifull way to start the Winter Solstice in the Netherlands💛💫. I love how you tell us where to feel where the energy has changed if we are in a long static position, I def feel the change! I experienced the Dancer now totally different then how I used to do it, and I did a lot of dancers in my life! Also I notice with your teachings which side of my brain is more dominant, def right side. Right side ex always is easier for me, but def good to balance it out with the yogapostures..Holistic Intelligence is really the key for a healthy lifestyle😇 You inspire me really to be a better (Yoga)teacher and (Personal ) Trainer, I learn a lot of you!
