I used to watch this a lot when I was first introduced to pole dancing. Even with some years of some intermediate experience, many of the movements are still very challenging. It requires body conditioning and self training to make it look easy. Overall, I love their routine. #newyorkpoledancing
the moves were great, but I've never seen such a well done synchronized routine. impressive all around!
