thank you! I've had about 6 classes but we stopped for christmas and I've been trying to find a video that had real beginners moves to remind myself before I go back (rather than just body rolls and walking around the pole). This is excellent ^_^ and for those who say you can't do it, most of these moves can be learned in a few weeks if you just practice! :D
Nice routine. Thank you for sharing! I am taking a pole dancing class and loving it. Watching videos like this is very helpful with transition to the next pole trick. Thanks again!
this is great! pole dancing is so much fun..i am too young to go to any place to learn how to pole dance by professionals, but watching youtube videos and practicing at public parks is what i have to work with. i have a video of me messing around on a pole at the park i usually go to, but eh whatever, you guys are really great!
O.o I have found the routine I want to do for me!!! Thanks and this is amazing and perfect for a beginner. Music gonna be different but yes this is it!
It takes alot of strength but if you practice it builds up the strength you need. I never took a class and i can do lot of these moves, i will post a few videos of me if anyone would like to watch them it'll be at least a week till the first one is up.
@bloodredlips15 It depends what pole you get. I have a Xpole Xpert at home and that works on carpet, you just have to make sure the pole is installed securely. Happy poling!
Hi girls, The poles ive seen range from 45mm (1.75") to 50mm (1.96") i am very petite with small hands but i dont want to learn and practise on a pole that is too small or im afraid i will struggle on a pole that may be too big when i need to work in a club??? Or isnt there much difference in the two sizes?? Also i was thinking of lifting some weights on a daily basis to help strengthen my arm muscles before i buy the pole, do you think this will help?xx
Very beautiful routine, but this surely cant be for beginners? O_o, the strength needed most do not have....Well I speak from after 3 pole dance lessons and know it's not as easy as it looks.
I want to buy a pole but i have carpet in my room and I can't tear it up cus we rent. Can I still use the pole if its on carpet? Des anyone know? thanks!
