A huge thank you for taking the time to make this video. Ford installed mine on a NEW Bronco and even though I asked them to take their time as my daughter would be driving this vehicle (suspension upgrades done too) they still sent it home to me with the front board 1.5” off the body on the driver side and .75” on the back driver side. I’ll need to fix it myself but with your explanation, it makes total sense. Much appreciated.

I didn’t see the adjustment part. All it showed undoing and torquing the bolts. Did I miss something? I want to know how to get the steps closer or further away to the body.

I’ve done this a few times and my running boards still won’t retract all the way. They are saggy. Should I replace the electric motor? Pickup as 208k miles and the steps have been on for at least 180k of those miles

I was wondering if you have an installation video for a 2000-2002 Silverado extended cab HD 2500 Duramax

Had mine for 4 years. They’ve gradually drooped more and more in the front, both sides. Motors still work, guessing because I did not have a torque wrench, and my mom had a chemo appointment, so I rushed it. I’ll do a follow up review IF re-install works.

My motor linkage is binding with no motor and no board attached. Do you make a rebuild kit for the 10-03845-12A?

This does not work if you've had a few years of wear and tear on your steps..

I had pro shop install. & on driver side it actually touches in the rear & hits the led light. They said it's normal and there is no adjustments... 2016 sierra 1500!

In defense.. the instruction aren't the best. I put AMP on my 1500 gas.. if it wasn't for videos I would or may have missed a couple things. Great video to help those installing out.

that was f-ing waste of 5 min i will never get back. If you are relying that much on torque of bolts, the system is shit and should not have been produced as is, period.
