My best tips and tricks for freezing spinach, kale, and other greens to store in your freezer and use in smoothies. No cooking or blanching is required! I came up with this method during the early days of COVID-19 quarantine when I realized I needed a way to keep fresh greens in my diet, regardless of whether or not they were available at the store. In the process, I discovered an unexpected benefit. Watch to the end of the video to find out :)

Thank you so much, I got organic kales from my mums farm and was wondering how to store them for detox smoothies later. Youre a blessing.
You're welcome, Alice! You are fortunate to have organic kale :) That will freeze nicely!

How many cubes do you put in a smoothie?
Great question! Typically 1-2 cubes per smoothie.
Thank you for sharing.
You're welcome! I hope you enjoy making them :)
Could I add this to pasta sauce?
That is an excellent question! I believe it would work as long as you account for the additional water from the ice cube :)
Love this idea I’ll definitely try it 😋 🙏🏻
Let me know how it turns out! I make these every three weeks so I have a continuous supply for my smoothies :)
So smart. Thank you!!!
Awe...thank you! I hope you have a chance to try them :)
Do you remove the stems?
Hi Jenny, that's a great question. No, I don't remove the stems since they all get blended together :)
