Glad you did a Hatsan springer in .22. I got a refurb AirTact in .22 for $49 and just as accurate, just a little louder though. I grab it more the Maxxim repeater. 🤷‍♂️ Simpler is better - is often true.
“ I’d” like to see reviews of the Umarex Notos .22 and Hatsan Jet.25. Find Notos interesting as a complete package for very low price and Jet, well, because it down right funky and looks like really fun take anywhere plinker/ pester. 🤣💪

The cheap Airtact 22 has blown my mind. Ordering the Zada version for my birthday. Gonna be eating rabbits this winter. Can`t afford to buy beef anymore and have survived on sardines for a couple of years. My vegetable garden has been plagued by bad luck with the weather and armadillo attacks but I nailed two so far with my new garden defense tool using driveway alarms to alert me when they arrive. I thought it might be a good idea to try the H&N Crow Magnum hollow points but honestly can`t hit the broad side of a barn with them and missed a huge armadillo at 15 feet which should be impossible. Crossman 14.3 grain hollow points are extremely accurate though and the best bargain for 500 count. So I got four tins before they triple in cost like everything else. Gonna keep stocking up on them when I can. May need them to survive the way things are headed. Scary times!

@@leojones7266 the airtact is almost too light, it kicks harder than my gamo magnum and its loud. For $99.00 its a truck gun. I put a red dot on mine and dont have to worry knockin it around. The 65 stock is what I'm liking but the quatro trigger is the selling point for me. The airtact trigger is shaped weird and probably breaks at 6 pounds maybe more.

Awesome stuff JC. A spring pistol rifle with good power that cocks easy and has no noticeable twang. Super air rifle. I wish Hatsan would have a better mag system like Crosman or Gamo. @@AirgunDetectives thanks for the reply, I only have shot springers from Hatsan. I enjoy shooting them and I like the Gas rams, never had an issue with them. But I’ll take your advice and steer clear of the vortex. I’ve only had one issue with the Benjamin trail NP nitro piston completely refusing to shoot the RWS Hypermax pellets. Had to stop trying those since the pellet didn’t come out in 4 tries. Other than that all the gas rams have been solid. Does your Trail NP also have the issue with the hypermax pellets? I like to use the H&N Excite hammer to do sparrow pesting with it.

Another fine review! I've personally had good luck with all Hatsan rifles, spring or gas piston. My only issue with there rifles is the eye relief to the scope, the dang butt of the rifle is like 2ft long causing you to stretch your neck like a turtle to get a sight picture. I've been able to correct the issue with a cheap Amazon offset mount but it looks funky. The Turks must have long necks!

Does your bipod have to be drilled into the wood for it to mount on the rifle?

You stole that rifle. I just brought out my Beeman R-10 out yesterday.
Nothing like good old real steel and wood in your hand once in awhile.🤣

Great review. Thank you. Which site did you buy it on? Also, what is your site's URL. I like the bipod and would like to check it out. Thank you.

i would never buy an air gun with the gas ram style i stay with the spring type. there is nothing better shooting a well behaved spring gun. just aim and shoot with a pleasant sensation.

Yes spring pistons are better as you can repair them yourself but you won't stand a chance of repairing a nitro piston yourself.

Kevan, I could not have said that any better. Not to mention, springs are easy to locate as well. Happy Shooting 👍🏻

Is hot sun putting weaker springs in a break??? I have several of their OLDER models.....👍👍 177 or 22s and 25s and their 30 the 22 if I think right does an average 1200 feet per second so the speed you're getting also indicates a weaker spring which shame on them for doing that 🤔
