Batman is emotionless, dark, and brooding. But Bruce Wayne is a rather responsible, caring, protective man. Clark hasn't really had anyone to truly care for really deeply as a son, so it's not a surprise to me
therichhouse It Should be. Almost every Version of Clark is kind, warm and loving (so much so that even Most Criminals love and respect him). Not to mention his Love of Krypton. He should be Overjoyed with Conner (so he won't feel Alone anymore) Especially since Supergirl never appeared on the Show.
He was distant but he was not a bad parent. He wasn’t even a parent at all. Once people stopped forcing parent crap down Clark’s throat then was when he let Conner in. People seem to forget that part at the end of the first season.
The only thing Dick has always wanted: Bruce's attention. He looks up to him so badly and feeling neglected by Batman it's the worst. So this is sooooo touching and cute. Daddy!Bats taking care of his lil' bird.
Can I just mention how legitly sad I was that there was so little interaction between the grownups and the team when they weren't handing out/on missons?
Parents don’t usually hang out with their group of friends and their teenage kids’ group of friends at the same time. The kids usually interacted with their own parents and families outside of the team, with a few occasional exceptions like Bruce and Barry hanging out while Dick hung out with Wally. It’s also the major league and minor league so they tend to take on different roles and levels of responsibility, Teen Titans were also more separated too.
there needed to be way more shown about each character's personal life, emotional interactions and relationship building in this series. i think its scenes like these that really made you grow close and more fond of the characters and show :)
I love this! Robin/ Dick was upset about how much attention Aqualad was getting from Batman. Batman saw this and made time for him! :D This is all correct cause I checked Wiki. It touches my heart.
Bruce loved them all. Jason, I would say, he actually loved the most, because he felt he was in the greatest of pains and needed guidance more than the other Robins.
This is proper father and son moment with Alfred looking on with such pride, yes Bruce is dedicated to me his crusade against crime but even he will have moments when to be a father
I really love that smile on Alfred's face. You can tell that he was proud of Bruce for being a good father towards Dick. The same can be said about him too, cause that smile tells me he is one content grandpa
Batman did adapt his own training for the Robins after learning from the most talented people on the planet. Plus I think the guy can squat 800-1,000 pounds in the comics.
Right? Like, that CANNOT be concrete, there's no way. But between the sound and the way it fractures, it doesn't seem like it's drywall or anything like that.
There's precedent. Recall in the Adam West Batman days they slid down those firepolls in their Bruce and Dick street clothes and yet were dressed as Batman and Robin when they reached the bottom in the Bat Cave. They're just that good.
Well Dick Grayson is basically the adopted son that would probably inherit the Wayne fortune since Damian is killed off and Tim didn't really come until after Jason Todd and besides Jason Todd is actually still dead to the rest of the world and that is kind of a down fall which nobody probably likes
Dick is always going to be the direct successor to the cowl. He was the first and he's the one who learned the most from Batman. And Dick is always going to consider Tim the greatest detective mind and second in command in the Bat-Family. And he's probably always going to try to save Jason, his adopted brother, from himself, and try to steer the spoiled murderer prince Damian in the right direction.
It is not. He also was not wearing glasses or a mask in the opening scene of Home Invasion when he took a surprise picture with Artemis on her first day at his school. He also stopped wearing the face mask/shades after season 2.
also what seemed like a maltese? couldn't really tell what he was performing before the iron cross but seemed like a maltese based on the angle we see it at when he transitions to the iron cross
Am I the only one wondering how dick did that in 0:24? I mean like seriously how the hell did he do that, his just a human only people with super strength can do that, well they can do worst but what I'm wanting to know how the hell did he do that???? I wish to that when I'm angry so people would be scare of me like seriously??????
Hermione Granger I get it's a cartoon but most of the things robin those are possible for any human being to do but I was just wondering he w a 13 year old can break some of the wall, does it hurt to be curious? And just because it's cartoon doesn't mean humans cant do the same thing, well I mean humans can't do what the ones either powers can but if there not using here powers or don't have powers in pretty sure what they do ( the moves they do ) are possible for anybody to do
Joshyra Baez Acually he jumps so much taller than his own hights (a human can jump 5 metres but he jumps nearly 10 metres) also i can punch the wall and i can really break 1 (not that much but i can break) no need to search for sense in a cartoon, it's like watching Star Wars and saying "That's absurd because aliens are not real."
What people fail to realize is that Bruce isn’t a bad parent. His Bruce Wayne facade has always been this down to earth, kind, people pleaser personality. He’s Gotham’s favorite son. It wasn’t his fault why Dick left. Dick just ended up becoming a spoiled little shit who couldn’t get the memo across that it’s BATMAN AND ROBIN not the other way around. He wanted to stick out in the lime light and be his own man away from the bats shadow when it was the bat who actually created him. Bruce raised Dick with the same love Alfred did with him. These days Bruce gets depicted as some cold hardcore drill sargent who pushes the Robins against their own will for his own personal mission and agenda. The part of being Robin was to get the chance Bruce’s younger self never got. A chance to apprehend the one responsible for taking his parents. To show them that world isn’t one sided and bleak and only the cruel win, that there is justice and good in this world. I guess Batman is pretty strict and has high expectations but what else would expect from someone who involves children in fighting crime. He has to be a realist and prepare them.
I think it's spoiled. Everyone needs to be their own man once in a while. That's why I enjoy the Robins because they out grow it and become new heroes though they don't always match Bruce's ideals or expectations of them...ahem Jason ahem
Batman is a better parent than Superman in this show. That's kinda fucked up.
Batman is emotionless, dark, and brooding. But Bruce Wayne is a rather responsible, caring, protective man. Clark hasn't really had anyone to truly care for really deeply as a son, so it's not a surprise to me

nah it makes sense
This is like watching an overworking father who finally decided to spent some time with his son.
Cause that's what it is
The only thing Dick has always wanted: Bruce's attention.
He looks up to him so badly and feeling neglected by Batman it's the worst. So this is sooooo touching and cute. Daddy!Bats taking care of his lil' bird.
Fátima ArMarques very true. also part of the reason he wasn't pleased at all when he found out about jason.
@@merymcsusa Jason took it far worse when he found out he was raplaced
@@javierlopez9789 for sure. doesn't help that talia was the one who told him either.

0:53 Alfred looks so proud
All Alfred ever wanted is for Bruce to be happy. This sweet little moment between Dick and Bruce was probably the highlight for Alfred’s year.
Best scene in the entire series.
Father and son. The greatest of the Dynamic Duos.

Could've had that in season 2 but they needed that absurd timeskip for some reason.
there needed to be way more shown about each character's personal life, emotional interactions and relationship building in this series. i think its scenes like these that really made you grow close and more fond of the characters and show :)
I can see Bruce thinking, kid is strong, balanced, and can adapt. Now for hand eye training before he destroys the gym.
I love this! Robin/ Dick was upset about how much attention Aqualad was getting from Batman. Batman saw this and made time for him! :D This is all correct cause I checked Wiki. It touches my heart.
Dick Grayson: The only guy just called the true Son of Batman :D
Dick: The one he loved
Jason: The one he closed his heart
Tim: The one that fixed his heart
nuber 4: Meh.. lets say he never happened
number 4 is that girl named Stephanie, number 5 is Damien
What never happened?
Tamario Martin Damian

The powerful bond Bruce Wayne and Dick Grayson share with one another is one of my favorite things about DC.
My heart *grips chest, falls on knees*
Alfred Grandpa of the century!
If we get a Robin in Matt Reeves' Batman movies I hope we see this father son dynamic between Bruce and Dick.
Same here
Bruce in that universe is way too young to be a father.
@@martidedldkdkld7729 not right now of course, but out of all the live action Batmen, he’s the one who would best father Robin.
WOW Robin was able to make a dent in concrete just by punching it batman is the coolest personal trainer of all time.
Legend_gamer 04 I agree it’s kinda impressive that showed like no pain too.
Batman did adapt his own training for the Robins after learning from the most talented people on the planet.

This is my favourite scene in Young Justice! I love how it’s
Like a father moment. It shows you how Batman/Bruce Wayne loves robin ❤
THIS WAS LITERALLY ALL I WANTED FROM SEASON 2 JUST THIS BUT NO TIMESKIPS
I like the disapproving face of Alfred in 0:28
Alfred is such a proud Grandfather!
0:44 i wish they were shown playing basketball on screen.... 🏀🏀
I love this scene. We hardly ever see the justice league out of their costumes
-Sir, you've been Batmanning all day, and Master Dick is feeling grouchy
-Noted: it's Batdad time
Father son time...before Damian
Barry Allen don't forget jason and tim in between
Damian was still swiming in Bruce's balls when this happened
(fav scene in the series which i still watch) human?!!
wha- how- human's can't do that!!....wait -.-' he's a batkid...they aren't human xD
I love the details involving Robin using blue leading directly to Nightwing
No matter what universe any DC character is in, Batman will always be the best dad to Robin.
I would pay money to see Bruce and Dick's one on one bball game!!
That laugh at the end.... XD
Are we gonna ingoore how dick punched a brick wall with out his knuckles bleeding and also how Bruce changed so fast?
Exactly

Nah, it's a father and son relationship. Bruce adopted Dick.
Dick is literally Bruce’s adopted son.
Depends on the continuity, I guess. For the Young Justice tv series, though, Bruce did adopt Dick, so it is a father/son relationship.
That's not Dick Grayson. That's Tim Drake.
how is he Tim Drake ??? they clearly showed Dick's acrobatics training...the Haly Circus episodes and of course Wally called him Dick on the phone
Brendan Coughlin that’s dick bruh Tim comes after when he becomes nightwing

It's Season 1 Episode 8 "Downtime." Dick was Robin in Season 1. Tim didn't show up until Season 2.
