    Your tips have help improve my skin tremendously. I use clay mask once a week. Aloe vera as moisturizer and witchhazel as toner. I do have to switch my sunscreen brand (its kinda of oily) thanks for your heathy skin tips.

    For real I had very dry skin and suddenly my skin changed to very oily skin

    • @Dan24.
      @Dan24. 19 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      Same thing happened to me but it’s my own fault. I didn’t wash my face for 2 weeks not even with water (no moisture therapy) in hopes that it would heal my contact dermatitis and redness. It unfortunately turned my once pale dry skin into greasy and darker. It looks different than the rest of my body and also the greasiness feels very uncomfortable especially on my nose 😢 it’s so bad I don’t even want to go outside anymore 😭
      What caused your skin to become oily ? I’m afraid that my condition will be permanent now and I hate it so much

      @@Dan24.Please think about trying manjistha root powder and you put it in a glass of water at bedtime and drink it and supposedly it flushes out and purifies the lymphatic system and it frightens and lightens the skin and actually helps make it radiant .
      See the video on John Douillard ch. about manjistha root .

    • @gardensofthegods
      @gardensofthegods 4 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@Dan24.I'm wondering if something's going on with your hormones ?
      You might want to think about using fenugreek seed powder which is very cheap just like the other powder I mentioned and it goes by the name of methi powder too .
      It helps balance the hormones for men and women alike and also helps diminish cravings for sugars ... also is supposed to help fight belly fat .

    • @gardensofthegods
      @gardensofthegods 4 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@Dan24.You also want to get some haritaki powder ... I would actually start there and make like a facial scrub out of it and leave it on your face for a while like a mask and then rinse it off .
      It also has many other benefits that you can look up here ... taken internally it's supposedly gives 3 times more oxygen to the brain and the bloodstream .
      It's botanical name is Chebula terminalia .

    • @gardensofthegods
      @gardensofthegods 4 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Another one that might help it's a very dark brown powder , Noni juice powder and it's loaded with B vitamins and b12 and it's good for a lot of things but I noticed usually 6 hours after I drink it in a glass of water my face feels like a baby's bottom it's just so smooth and so I'm wondering if it might have other beneficial effects for your skin .
      Reason I suggest the powder is it's very cheap like $5 for a 7-ounce bag which is actually a lot whereas the juice is very very expensive

    Hey Doc! I have oily, sensitive, acne-prone skin and I am just starting out with a new simple routine:
    AM
    1. Splash and gently wash with water
    2. Moisturiser (Illiyoon ceramide ato soothing gel), might swap this to Melano CC premium essence sometime soon
    3. Sunscreen (BOJ sunscreen, will try IUNIK Centella sunscreen next)
    PM
    1. Cleanser (Innisfree blueberry 5.5 cleanser)
    2. Moisturiser (Illiyoon ceramide ato soothing gel)
    3. Adapalene (Differin gel) - Currently applying every other day
    It's been a week and so far it is okay, do you have any advice or input for the routine above? I'm trying to keep it short and simple.
