I will show you what applications we used to find these home and which ones are our favorites.
You will see why as a buyer, it is important to have clear in your mind what your requirements are and know what the market has to offer, so that you can make a decision quickly.
I will share what our own requirements were. I am sure you have had time to think about your own check list but knowing someone else's can help you shine a light into something that perhaps you hadn't considered.

Comparably, is it more expensive in Abruzzo than Molise?

Hi Ed. In our experience yes. Unless you go way way inland in Abruzzo, quite away from the sea.
We have property in Abruzzo about 30 min away from Pescar and the prices are higher.
Certain areas of Abruzzo are closer to Rome, so perhaps that is one factor? Also, after other regions, for the last few years Abruzzo has been 'The next hot thing'.
