Am watching at 630am 26/10/2024 and this humble human is so amazing he is the GREATEST contestant I have watched and heard in all the years I have been following AGT AND BGT. He does not have a gift he IS a gift ❤❤❤❤
I always come back to this and appreciate Adam Levine’s uncontrollable excitement in reaction to Jordan’s performance. He knew they won the show right there and then.
I doubt anyone would see this comment in 2021 but this entire season was literally him being the boss level and all the other singers getting thrown into the ring.
Me either! He went to my university, and during every chapel where the uni President would speak, he'd always show us an update!! We had a HUGE welcome home/congratulatory party for him on campus!! Very sweet and down-to-earth guy, deserved all the best ❤❤
@@paultryba7228 if you are talking about only range you might have a point. Otherwise, she wont ever be an icon that is going to remain for many years to the future generations like a legend, nor shes going to make a recognizable anthem like many other artists.
Still getting chills in 2023. I have to watch this performance at least once a month. I've shared it with people from teens to the elderly and every one...absolutely everyone gets blown away by it. Jordan, you don't get the recognition you deserve.
This will forever be the ultimate Voice US performance. Almost every performance in the show's history prior to, and since, has been limited to anywhere between 90-150 seconds. This ran for over 210. I don't think we will ever see another performance be so dominant for as much run time as this. Just perfection from beginning to end.
Old Man Kosuke And George Michael! He was the only one to even come close to singing this song like Freddie. George poured his heart out and sang it with both pain and love. Marc and this guy have beautiful voices but they’re not even near. You just have to check out Geroge’s version, you won’t regret it. It had Brian May smiling like a little boy.
The absolute best part of this video is the complete and utter joy that you can see on Adam's face every time the camera cuts to him. He knew he had the winner and you could see it.
I was locked up in Maryland at the time of this episode ... Had never heard this song until seeing this episode ... when he said I jus gotta get outta this prison cell, I jus cried myself to sleep ... I will never forget this episode ... 🥰
My favorite thing of Jordan's absolute tear of a run, was the standing ovation he got after each performance. The judges weren't able to give any comments/compliments because they would just let the cheers roll on.
The best performance I've ever seen on the show. The standing ovation lasted so long that the live show went over it's normal time just so the judges could say a few words.
I go back and watch this video every single month to put a smile on my face. It brought me to tears when I watched it live. My mom and I replayed it at least 5 times that night. Best performance ever and everyone knew it. Freddie would have been honored, no doubt.
In all the years of these shows... I think this guy and Kelly Clarkson are probably the two who really brought it at a pro level every time they performed. He, was a really great performer.
The performance makes me happy and at the same time I cry tears of joy. This is by far one of the best performances on the voice. What an amazing voice
The single BEST ever performance of EVERY reality competition that I have ever the privilege to witnessed (and I am an avid fan of singing competition). And this still holds true at 2020 ...
Jordan gave the best vocal of any The Voice contestant with this performance. Of course, it's my opinion but I still get chills when I listen to it. Freddie lives on.
Actually I think the choir did a pretty poor job considering they could only do great with so much background music and Jordan smashing it. The one time they had to be on point on their own (the first "love" in the intro) is terribly off pitch. The choir is lucky the rest of the performance was so great that no one cares.
I watch this periodically and just remember the best singer the voice has ever seen tbh..... literally my favorite cover/performance I’ve ever heard. So much talent and control and just, wow. No words.
Crazy thing is Jordan had previously auditioned and didn’t even make the blind auditions a year or so before this season. He said that in one of his interviews during this season. Just goes to show how difficult it is just to make it on the show.
I’ve watched this performance well over 100 times between it live when it first aired on tv to TH-cam and, even now in 2024, I still get chills. One of the greatest performances I’ve ever witnessed.
I've played this amazing classic performance many times. I don't think I've ever seen a more amazing secular performance! Jordan is so gifted and the choir is just phenomenal !!
omg I remember watching this premiere on tv with my grandpa, he's not usually into these kinds of shows but this guy captivated him so we watched it together for a while. The last 20 seconds of this performance we were both just laughing in shock with our jaws on the floor, so unbelievably talented
I saw him when he did this live on the Voice and it still remains my favorite performance ever on the show. Now I watch it every now and then when I need a boost.
Jordan Smith was the peak of The Voice. I remember watching this season as it happened, clearly the best.He looks like he should be the lead in Despicable Me, and he just blows you away with his voice. Truly a gem.
Holy shit, I am amazed by this dudes voice WHY IS HE NOT FAMOUS YET. Seriously i cant stop smiling cause that was one of the best performances ive ever seen. Great energy and AMAZING vocals
Jordan from the moment he started his Blind Audition, Jordan won. No one stood a chance.
What a gift it is to hear this over and over again. He is for certain the BEST that the Voice has ever had.
This is still the greatest performance I've ever seen on this show.
CitsjustMe it gave me literal chills
I agree
CitsjustMe amen.
Fa real
Yes! Just said the same thing. I come back here probably once a month and play on repeat for a while :):):)
Watching this in 2024. Still the best the voice performance!!
100% agree

Yes ❤❤
If you can sing a Queen song so flawlessly, you should automatically be the winner. Still amazing after 7 years!
Freddy must be smiling down when that voice reached heaven.
so sad
ㅠㅠ
lol.. i like your imagination
Just saw bohemian rhapsody.cried
ITS FREDDIE
Freddie is not in heaven, Nesto. He sold his soul to Satan looooong time ago.
3:10 Adam just casually standing like “We just won the voice!”
Adam knew he won back during Jordan's knockout. Speaking of adele
I always come back to this and appreciate Adam Levine’s uncontrollable excitement in reaction to Jordan’s performance. He knew they won the show right there and then.
I love his whooping at the end
“Yeah! YEAH!”
Yes!! I always say, this is when he won the show. No doubt!
I doubt anyone would see this comment in 2021 but this entire season was literally him being the boss level and all the other singers getting thrown into the ring.
I’m here
Was Avery Wilson on this season? I can’t remember. 🙌🏾
This is my all time favorite performance of his & of anyone on the Voice! It’s sad that his career didn’t take off! He’s amazingly talented!!
It’s 2021 lol
Dudes amazing!
2024 still getting chills and goosebumps. The undisputed greatest ever performance on the voice.
Agree!
I am not surprised he won
He deserves on it
Once you perform this or any other Queen song, instant win
Bubble Tea I'm not surprised your choking on the tapioca balls
Me either! He went to my university, and during every chapel where the uni President would speak, he'd always show us an update!! We had a HUGE welcome home/congratulatory party for him on campus!! Very sweet and down-to-earth guy, deserved all the best ❤❤
He is wonderful!
The use of a gospel choir is perfect.
It really suits this song.
Honestly, if you can sing a Queen song, and knock it totally out of the park like that, you ABSOLUTELY deserve to win.
Let's be honest, it isn't in your recommendation. You searching for this
Damn it lmao. I just searched covers for this song 😂
I’ve been watching him for a bit. He’s just amazing.
Goddamn right.
True
How did you predict I did that
Carson Daly once said that the cheering went on for 5 minutes after Jordan left the stage. He'd never seen anything like it.
Hands down the greatest performance in the voice history.
Really? You should hear Angela Jordan at only 13. He still needs work. sorry
@@paultryba7228 if you are talking about only range you might have a point. Otherwise, she wont ever be an icon that is going to remain for many years to the future generations like a legend, nor shes going to make a recognizable anthem like many other artists.
You must be crazy
Over stated.
Even in 2022, this is still true!
2024, still not over this performance! 😍
i am . over it. next
In an interview, Jordan says he doesn’t even remember dropping to his knees at the end. He was just overcome and it happened lol
Why is this guy not an international name yet? His voice is phenomenal.
cuz he's a christian. I would check out his christian music. its phenominal.
Honestly some of my favorite worship music is his music
Wow. He sing so good❤😃👍
he chose to did religion songs only. he wasnt after all the money and fame. respect to Jordan Smith
I HAVE RESPECT😀❤👍
Best performance on The Voice ever…period.
Yep, maybe so.
Freddie: What’s that noise? *looks down*
Freddie: *smiles*
🙏🏻
I hope Freddy knew before he left this world, that he would still be playing the crowd here, forever.
I just cried.
Oh yes! 🙏🏻❤️
Stop 🥺
still the best. who is here 2024?
I'm here...2025.
I've been watching the Voice since season 1, and no performance will ever top this.
After 16 seasons of the voice, this is the best performance ever.
Amanda Brown's 'Dream On' would like a word with you 😁
@@itsmezed not even close, she hasn't the same level of control over her voice
@@Ben-qn3py It's only my opinion, of course 😉
Carson said the cheering and clapping after this performance went on forever.
This guy's talent, range, control, style - wow, off the charts!
He's talent is out of this world. How are you doing
His poise blows me away. From obscurity to this level of confidence in the face of so much pressure, just...wow.
Still in 2024. The best performance to date.
This is still the absolute best performance in the history of the voice! I keep coming back to watch it
Just awesome Jordan ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Still getting chills in 2023. I have to watch this performance at least once a month. I've shared it with people from teens to the elderly and every one...absolutely everyone gets blown away by it. Jordan, you don't get the recognition you deserve.
I'm still here in 2024 and will be here every year
Me too, this was the best singer on this show
I absolutely LOVE this performance!! You can tell he loves singing and with so much heart- so talented!! Freddie would love this!!!
This performance will NEVER be topped
Damn, this guy is better than George Michael...not the looks department, though
Ever
Adam Levine looks like proud dad i love it !!!
He really hit all those high notes and low notes and also love how his parents react behind Adam when he knee to the floor
Watching his mother hide her face when he's on the floor, makes me laugh every time.
😂
Watching Jordon 2024. Aways amazing!!
I always come back to this!!! He sang THE FUCK OUTTA THIS SHIT!!!!!
That's still and always is going to be the best performance EVER on The Voice. Nothing before or since comes close. Freddie is smiling.
Marc Martel ?
One of the rarest things, is finding someone who can actually do a Queen cover without sounding like total garbage... kudos to you!
that's a winner alright!!! can't believe I discovered him just now. absolutely amazing! 😭
The pure joy on Adam's face, lol. He was like a kid at Christmas. How cute was that! Jordan - out of this world talent.
“Yeah! Yeahh! YEAH!”

He could have gone to the finals with I'm a little tea pot and still won after that performance.
Heba Ajami lmao true
He won
Id like to see him turn that song into a queen style song
Let's be honest he'd find a way to make little tea pot amazing
Yyyeeesss so true now I wanna hear him sing that lol 😆
of all the years i have listen to the voice i have not heard anybody come close to this performance, just unbelievable

2022- still getting chills from this performance.
Bravo Mr. Smith. May Freddie Mercury shine down upon you. Absolutely extraordinary......
1:27 the way he switches to the higher note looks almost robotic. It’s so natural for him. Absolute insane talent.
When I hear his highest note here I wonder how much higher he could go. It seems effortless for him.
He has a naturally high male voice, but him being able to go up even more is just so impressive
Jordan gave the best vocal of any The Voice contestant with this performance. Of course, it's my opinion but I still get chills when I listen to it. Freddie lives on.
The chorus did an amazing job

Even my dad who's the biggest fan of Queen and the pickiest person i know approved this version. Damn, Freddie is proud im really sure of that
I don't know why the hell he's on the voice because he sound like a professional singer
Marie Moore believe it or not but there’s talented people in this world that aren’t famous

Weedy Guitar Studio sadly not, he did it too differently he’s just showing off now
N a LITTLE JEALOUS !!
