    Trying to figure out how to add a divider to my Husky Build Out rolling box, my use case is mostly home/DIY/auto. Your cutting board idea is awesome, and the ability to hang/clip pouches on it is exactly what I was looking for. Definitely going to replicate that. Love your layout.

      Awesome! I’m glad it helped you out. Thanks for the comment. I will often look at thrift stores for cutting boards they’re handy for all kinds of things and very durable. It’ll save you a couple bucks.

    I’d seen the small Shockwave boxes fit into those areas before, but yours is the first with magnets and pull tabs, nice.
    Your video thumbnail caught my attention for both the PACKOUT and also because I work for IFMA :)

    Love the idea of having the kit. I am looking for a roller that the handle comes off so it will fit under my truck bed cover. With the handle all the way down, it still wont fit under the cover. This Milwaukee roller would be perfect if the handle would one off.

      I've actually modified mine to be removed. Neat Tools makes a 3d printed modification so you can remove the handle.

      They have released a new, shorter handle that can be used to replace the old one.
      And in January, the drawer trolley with a short handle is being launched.

      @ I’m looking forward to that release. I’ve been wanting one of those since I bought my first packout setup.

    I can see this setup working better as a 3 drawer packout with the big drawer on bottom and 2 shallow on top. Tha way you can just pull a drawer out and call it good. I do use packout myself but in a limited form. I use the packout hand truck and a crate on top for material storage. That's for larger jobs or stuff that requires a fair bit of stuff. Look into the hand truckmaybe a 3 drawer on bottom then you could stack bags organizers whatever on top. Also you don't have to be married to packout you can put cleats or attach drawers or anything to any hand truck base slim small dosent matter. It's all in what you like and it looks like your willing to customize so have fun with it!

      I’ve got a 3 drawer that I’m currently using for organizing my electrical and plumbing supplies. I do much prefer the drawer setup for accessibility. My only problem is I can’t get the Packout hand truck in my car it’s a bit too big. The new Klein modbox rolling drawer base looks like it would be a perfect setup.
      I love your improvised threshold. I think those ‘improvising on the fly’ while still maintaining a functional clean look is what makes for an excellent handyman or building engineer. Creative solutions! Nice work.

      Glad to hear that there's always an adapter for everything use what works for you best. If you ever have a random 2x4 on it's side from framing that's not cut out or partially obstructed by concrete or anything you can get a 5in comerical threshold thoes aluminum ones and they are 3 3/4in on the inside channel and c9ver it up like nothing happened and keeps you ada compliant.

    You should try using golf tees instead of the popsicle sticks they work great!!!

    Don't laugh i had to cover a threshold that was just a pt 2x2 and it was getting tore up. We cut up a empire ruler it was low profile looked good on the back and it was pretty bent so better than scrap. No one besides us knows that was a ruler or drywall square lol 😆.

    Are you a bldg engineer, maintenance tech or facility manager?

    • @Coopsgarage33
      @Coopsgarage33  หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      @@AndyD-g6t I’d say mostly a facility manager. It’s a 50,000 sqft building and I am responsible for all of the upkeep on the equipment and the maintenance of the building. Inside and out. We also own three residential properties next door and those also fall under my purview. It’s a small enough building that I do a little bit of everything and hire out the things I don’t have time to do or don’t have expertise in.
