We installed this on our house, saves me money on insurance premiums and added security from leaks, I don't pay extra for the app analysis and my pressure reading is continuous not once a day, it learns your habits/usage pretty quick as well. We also have 3 moisture monitors on floor in various locations. I would give this a 4.5 + out of 5.

I was a victim of $60,000-100,000 worth of flood damage after only 90 minutes of a burst connector to my toilet (no pipe bursting and 1-floor home). Floods happen to many people! I've ordered flo by Moen. I will also be ordering 3-5 water detectors for the floor near plumbing. Ebay has good prices on a 3-pack for water detectors. My insurance company is covering most of the cost of this leak detector/shut off valve so that says a great deal about the quality of the product. This is the only product they are willing to cover.

Just a curiosity about a home with fire sprinkler system... if a fire occurs, I wouldn’t want it to cut the water, thinking there was a catastrophic pipe burst. Yes, a catastrophic event has taken place but the water is flowing for a reason. Now, if a sprinkler head were to burst accidentally, I would want to know, even if I’m not home.

Ron Webb would be nice if you could link the smoke alarms to it, so it would know not to turn off the water.

based on the following instruction th-cam.com/video/v0vj_dXIw84/w-d-xo.html, flo should be installed after a sprinkler system

What's the lifespan of the motor and "brains" of the flow module?

almost every house will lose pressure in evening when its shutoff due to pipes cooling on both cold and hot sides. Best way to do pressure tests is drain system and fill with air and check pressures.
Almost every system has a Schrader valve above meter to do a fill/bleed test.
Leaving house for 2 or more days? simply turn off your water valve.
Leaving for more than 1 week in winter? Turn off city valve and drain the water from basement, open hot/cold taps on upper floor. Incase of heating failure.

I know your comment is two months old, but you suggest taking water out of the system, which is virtually incomprehensible in favour of air, which is entirely compressible for better readings? Ahahaha.

pressure test to see if you have a slow leak anywhere in the system instead of water damaging your home. 48Hhrs or more and mark highs and lows. 50-70psi.
If you do have pressure loss. theres multiple ways to track where your leak is (listen for air leaking out, introduce smoking system into the line and look for it exiting etc).
