    부럽습니다. 22세에 벌써 600대가 넘으시다니.. 헬스시작한지 2년 가까이 되서야 290에서 400대로 들어왔는데, 퇴근하고 저녁마다 1시간씩 일요일빼고 운동하는데, 이젠 무게가 1개월째 안늡니다. 정체기 같아요. 뚫는 팁 있을까요? 목표는 500까진 중량치고 싶습니다.

      좋게 봐주셔서 감사합니다, 너무 멋지십니다!! 저는 6년이나 했으니깐요😂 정체기 팁은 벌크나 커팅 이렇게 방향을 정해보는걸 추천 드려요!! 커팅으로 10키로 이상 싹 지방을 날리거나 한 번 체중을 팍 째워보세요:) 구력 쌓이시면 체중이 정체된 상태에서 발전하기 거의 불가능한거같아요

      넵 ㅎㅎ 저는 대근육 4개로 주로 나누는거 같아요 하체 가슴 등 어깨 이렇게!! 근데 가슴 어깨 묶어주거나 하체 어깨 묶어주거나 이렇게 겹치지 않는 부위 묶어서 한 번에 할 때도 있어요 유동적으로🙂

      탄수 570 단백질 180 그리고 지방은 50 정도 넣어주는거 같습니다!!

      대근육 하체 가슴 등 어깨 이렇게 나눠서 조질 때도 있고, 묶어서 전 후면 나눠 조질 때도 있습니다!

    밥 저렇게 먹어도 뱃살로 많이 가지느 ㄴ않나요?

      넵 밥만 먹으면 오히려 칼로리가 높지 않아 운동할 때 에너지로 잘 쓰이는것 같아요🙂

      @@헬창남 아하! 뱃살이 너무 나오는것 같아서 체지방좀 빼려고 식단을 하려고 하거든요. 지금 살짝 빼서 체지방률이 17프로 정도 되는데 밥은 좀 많이 먹어도 되나보네요!
      한끼에 밥 250씩 4끼정도 먹으면 괜찮을까요?
