It's funny you mention it, I feel almost the same, except it's not him that I expect starting to disintegrate but everything else, starting with the background to it eventually reaches me as a viewer.... 😂😂😂
I use the Mexican subway and while it´s shitty and has its delays, for the huge network size and the amount of people it transports for a mere 25 USD cents it charges, it´s quite a good deal and sort of "fast".

Whoa whoa whoa there! Paris subways are supposed to be 98% on time? We are talking about Paris, France, right? The city I live in right now and where I take the subway every friggin' day and where, if it's working at all, there's always some shit going on that makes it late? Where the hell did they get these statistics?
I live in Paris too and yes, there are incidents, but yes they are mostly on time.
Maxime Prometheas when I stayed at a friend's in Paris for a little while back in the aughts I don't recall ever experiencing any major delays, let alone on a regular basis.
I remember being told by my friend that _construction_ can sometimes be delayed when they come across something unexpected (eg. at the time a line was delayed being built due to the discovery of a Roman house, causing the plans to need to be altered)
Like with most places. The trains that arrive on time are mostly the trains that are going when there are few passengers to mess things up. So not during rush hour.
My daily commute, if everything is working normally, is about 45 minutes (via Line 4 and RER B); but most days of the month it takes anywhere between an hour and 75 minutes. So yeah, I suppose compared to the delay times for New York described in this video I'm a bit spoiled, but still... * feeling sheepish *
