Recipe and cooking instructions for quick and easy butter fork printed cookies:

Egg - 1 pcs.
Sugar - 90g
Vanilla sugar - 10g (or 1 tsp. of vanilla extract)
Vegetable oil - 100g

Zest of one lemon
Flour - 230g-250g

1. Mix the egg, sugar and vanilla sugar (or vanilla extract) until white
2. Add the lemon zest, vegetable oil and a pinch of salt. Stir a little
3. In a separate bowl mix flour and baking powder, sift it into the dough and knead it
4. Shape the dough into balls, flatten them slightly and make a print with a fork
5. Bake for 18-25 minutes in a preheated to 180°C (356°F) oven. Bake for less time if you want soft cookies and more time if you want crispier cookies
