Cisco 2960X failed to boot - Solved! | Loading Cisco IOS with 57600 BAUD rate

If you fail to transfer the IOS at a BAUD rate of 115200, try to change the BAUD rate to 57600. I tried 115200 multiple times but it failed in the later part.

2500 cisco router - i set config-register 0x3922 - but now i cannot access router via hyperterminal i get a (x) showing or flashing curser - nothing else
anyone help ?
im trying to copy ios from tftp server as cisco 2500 ios is probably corrupt

could have just copied it via USB key plugged into the front port on the switch... much quicker
