The gameplay of helicopters in War Thunder is also quite interesting, but personally I rarely play there. But oddly enough, overall I enjoyed flying helicopters the most in GTA, Battlefield and Arma games, where helicopters were not a very big part of the game. The best game in my opinion, where helicopters are the most interesting to play even despite the not very good flight physics, is Battlefield 2. This game constantly “holds me” to this day. I play various modern mods like Damocles, ZCF, AEK, AIX. Moreover, I am painting my new textures for the helicopters in the game. First of all, I redrawn the textures of the rotors to make the helicopters look much more attractive. Someday I will release my addon for the game so that everyone who is interested in flying in this game can also enjoy it.

Team Apache was my favorite Haha! I still own a copy of it too 🤗. The amount of details and features in this game were priceless! Can't wait to play it again!
The only realistic physics based chopper game I played and finished many many times on consoles is apache air assault. It needs to be played on capable hands on realistic mode. The FLIR shooting looks like the real deal.
