My DAP fell out of my bag back in October 2023 I didn't notice until i was half a mile away from where it probably dropped and needing to get to work. If this ran Android with Google Play I might have to consider it
This is fantastic, for the price it does seem as basic as it costs knowing the cheap DAP market (can get some good stuff for the price) so im curious if it has a certain audio chip of some sort, if not, not the end of the world for what it is, yet that depends if typical USB Dongles will work, i expect extended playtime with the E-ink screen., i think my main concerns are general operation, as this would be PERFECT for audio language learning, and the like, provided its not too finicky overall.
Finally a "DAP" with a long-lasting battery! Some concerns about the real audio quality of this mass-produced toy (other identical models available on a famous Chinese website). Any info on the audio chip used?
This looks like it have the perfect basis for the Light Phone 3 imo. Doesnt look like it runs Android but if it lives up to being HiFi, then I guess it gets a small pass.
Please test playing high resolution files (24/96) and check how many files (regardless of size) your library can recognize and manage. Some cheap DAPs may look very good but only recognize up to four thousand songs, no matter the size. I'm not asking so I don't buy it. On the contrary, I don't mind putting AAC or MP3 files in it at least.
Informative post: thank you for consent update with reference to e-reader. My personal comment that my kindle paper white is standard than small is Sony,five inch . Three inches are good for younger people. Doubtful about convnent for old age people.
