Legendary Peoductions is top notch in showcasing exquisite luxury homes without a doubt but this home feels really awkward to say the least..(House#1).. The interiors are obviously high quality in details, accessories and design but the exteriors just feels like an eyesore with two opposing styles haphazardly put together. And for 77mil buckaroos no thanks...lols

#3, 300K a month? for what? it's cramped, there's no back yard to speak of. there's no pool deck, the lounge chairs are stuffed on a tiny strip of grass between the pool and seawall. the entry wat, that's a 3K a month entry. complete nonsense, and comparatively speaking, it's not even a stunning home, it's not impeccable, it's not stunning, it's a generic mcmansion. and it's staged which means you're only getting the shell of a generic mcmansion, the staging is kinda lame anyway. that's just insane, unjustified greed for a house that looks like so many others. Now the first house, holy wow, truly a one of a kind, league of it's one, piece unique, impeccable, a once in a lifetime property if one is fortunate to have the resources for that property. somethings i don't go for like the gold head vanities, but it's clear that that home is the pinnacle of high design, an artistic aesthetic, and curated to meet the atmosphere of that architecture. i also feel like that home has been on this channel already, many months ago. the architecture is almost museum like. that home is worth 300K a month. but someone needs to clue the owners of #3, their greed is unfounded and will more than likely be available for a very long time.

I worked on House 1, the new modern one, not the historic one that had to be moved. I worked for the company who did the architectural millwork. My job was the shop drawings for a lot of the rooms. Not all, but quite a few. Still my favorite project I have ever worked on. I really appreciate you doing this video, I left the company before the house was finished and never got to see the final results. It's awesome to see it now and remember everything that went into it and see my drawings come to life.
