I keep telling people who own cars like this. Be low key. Thieves are driving around looking to steal these cars. Don't go to restaurants, don't park it and walk away. These cars are a hassle.
He's luck he got the car back along with all the parts . Yes it sucks someone stole the car and took it apart however it's an easy fix to put it back together.

@@6996brandyl not really...People want these cars the way they rolled off the assembly line. It likely takes more effort to reproduce oversprayed areas then anything else
@@6996brandyl I mean not everyone can afford a full quality restoration, and a lot of shops won’t paint full cars anymore because insurance jobs pay more

Actually...overspray is very common on cars from that era. Restorers will actually recreate known overspray areas and parts
