- Low rise jack assist race ramps can help you access your lowered vehicle easier, and more importantly allow you to get your jack under the car so you can start working on more serious things.
I love these two piece ramps from @meganracinginc3105 sold at @Coiloverdepot . Since they come apart, you don't have to worry about the sloped part getting in the way of a jack, and you can use the other part as a wheel stand if needed.

#mindblown....when I first saw that gap I was like nope! Then u removed that part...... WOW
Definitely need a set of these. The front splitter always causes issues with getting a low profile Jack under and my Vsport isn't even lowered...
So happy to see you still have the V-S!
The Porsche is a terrible daily driver… at this one. A regular Cayman or 911 would be a great daily
I've been using rhino ramps for my v-sport. I haven't had much issues with them.
Never heard someone pronounce Megan as “Meegan” before haha. Nice review. Not sure if I actually need the 2 piece construction or not tho 🤔
Well it’s not spelled like the female Meagan, and I’ve probably watched too much Walking Dead with Negan the bad guy. Lol
Not nuts personally, they almost totally disassembled upon entry of your car 😅 I’d rather stick with a single piece low pro 🤷♂️
I see you replaced those side marker lights on the caddy. Are those good or did they melt like you mentioned in a prior video
Those are the melted ones! Lol. Need to get some diode dynamics maybe. Although Savage says their new ones don’t do that
@@JetFuelOnly I just bought some similar ones online; hoping these don't melt
This item would help with my 2010 CTS-V. Also has you mentioned the use of Quick jacks!
Thanks!
That's much appreciated! Thanks Cliff!
I’d be likely to roll past the stop on those. Don’t ask me how I know.
Happens to the best of us
I have the Cusco versions that are the same but in blue
Are there any low price low profile ramps that go as high as the race ramps? These are cool but it really just looks nicer than wood lol.
I don’t think so
Danial -- Thanks, as always, for the video. I've been wondering what size your wheels and tires are. I'm considering going with a similar look on my '14 CTS sedan. Thanks!
19” 8.5” 33 offset front. 9.5” and 35 offset rear
@@JetFuelOnly Thanks! 265/35/19 tires rear? 255/35/19 front? Are you using any spacers?
I have 1” spacers up front but mostly because of the amount of camber I have. The rears could benefit from a little spacer too. Currently 275/30 rear tires
I currently have 245/35 in the front but prefer the look of a 255 tire
Race ramps are not heavy they are very light made from foam. yes they are very expensive but as the saying goes "you get what you pay for".
Thanks for the correction! I assumed they were very dense. I see the large ones can be pretty heavy though but 2.5” lift ones are similar weight
If you lift up one side and use a jack stand, Can you still get the jack under the other side?
front to back yes. So if I jack the front I can stick a stand on that side in the rear but not as high. But of course on the other side of the car it will still be low to the ground.
@@JetFuelOnly So I have a GT4 like you. So do you think you can get it on 4 jack stands with just a set of ramps. I have a set of rennstands I wanted to use but not sure I'll have the clearance on the other side once I do the other front? I guess a quick jack might be in order.
@Brian-id5qh definitely not these low rise ramps. I haven’t used the rennstands but I understand it to be one of the few weeks to get the car off the ground. That or the lift bars or quick jacks
wait, you complained about blue Cusco ramps not matching your garage, but you have a BLUE pump jack. 🤔 paint stops the "ugly". Black for stealth. Red for visibility. Gray for goes with everything. Silver too look like aluminum. A whole rainbow of possibilities...... 🌈
That because the wooden ones aren’t built great. If you build the wooden right you can get a great lift that is also safe.
Amazon has em for $58 also...
Mate that rise is sooo low. Could just use a couple of old brake rotors. Could crush those with a tank, theyre small to get a jack under either side of wheel if needed. And as for a stopper.. well lets just say youll only drive off of them if your totally careless or super bad judgement which in that case you shouldnt be driving a vehicle on the road anyway
