these are fools.who.have invested their hard earned money in these projects
never buy anything in India until unless it is fully ready.
First thing first
1. Government must pass a law where every construction company must have sufficient money to finish the project or atleast assets worth finishing the project.
2. If company fails to provide the houses within specified time then they must pay the damages to home buyers.
3. If company fails to complete the project, then government must step in, cease all the assets and property of builder or construction company and help negotiate with the pwd department to somehow finish the project or create a tender for other companies who abide by the same rules.
I promise to live like a nomad, buying a flat is suicidal
True man , buying a new flat means no surety of possession and buying an old flat means buying headache as old flats have lot of maintenance issue ,also they are expensive as they are in good location.

Please take up the Lodha case in Mumbai..
Lodha is a influential BJP leader and now also the Unit head of Mumbai BJP.Dont expect anything on that front

There is no pending case of Lodha builders in Mumbai, all cases have been amicably resolved.

This's not alone project. Whenever I travel from thse residential flats areas in Noida I come across many abandoned residential complexes. Looks like rogue structure with no presence of human settlement. One is near to my plot in sector 122
why do they pay before the building is completed?

Instead if waiting and paying rent living outside...Meet the builder take the possission of the property in its current state and then get the remaining job done as much as possible by the builder taking association help.
I have a flat in the same society in tower 4 flat 2004 its been 10 years overdue for the flat
I feel sad after watching this. Can you tell me if you have taken home loan, Didn't the bank verified all documents like builder financial status before approving loan for particular scheme. Another thing, is their any action taken against owner of the construction company.
They varified and it was all going well for the first 2 years but after that the loans were still given
Shouldn't the company be banned at least temporarily from construction activities

Avoiding these scams is very easy just pay when they are ready to give you possession
i feel really bad for these people but i have seen this happen so many times where the building is not even constructed yet and people buy them up and then suffer. people with that kind of money should know the risk they take and its always better to spend a bit more for a really build house then one which is not even constructed. this is the most easy way real estate company cheat people and this dosent come out so offend as most money is payed in black
I don't understand ,how come in China builders are able to build numbers of ghost cities with completed buildings but no one to live and in india there are people who want to live but are not getting flats completed on time
Type of gov is completely of different league. If u look at China gov and its projects and execution, planning future ones, you will be awe struck.
Here big shot corporate run the gov. That's the state of every crony capitalised country. They give crores of funds to political parties as insurance and safe guard themselves against all frauds since gov is in their pockets.

People should buy flats fully constructed building only and not in under constructed building and also people should examine the buildings and flats before buying and do background check and find out everything about the builder before buying any flat.

How banks can expect emi from flat owners when builder has defaulted in giving the product, service? Banks should take up with builder isn't it rather than flat owners?
