Getting back into my yin yoga practice after months of absence with this video. Thank you so much for guiding us though all these relaxing poses, I felt refreshed afterwards! 😊
That was short but effective seemed longer. I was able to do half butterfly on my right side elbows on the floor. That reclined deer pose was intense on my right side, I only needed a block under my head, could left without. I found also that I get more strecth in the glutes in figure 4 putting only my toes on my knees not the ankle. And also in sleeping deer I found another angle for more strecth. Thx 😍🤩😍
