5 Years ago ESO would have used a lvl 1 character with fists or daggers for this. Jump attacks with 2 heavy weapons is far too easy for this man. Are we getting old?

The bear has a similar moveset as Hoarax Loux.
As cool as this boss is, normal rune bears are still far more terrifying, especially the snowy variants.
