I only wish it was a bit louder in the mix! These basslines are good, not as in the other albums, but still good. The bass solo at the end is stellar though.
Amazing stuff. Feels good living in the golden age of Tech/prog death metal. So much incredible talent right now like Beyond Creation, Obscura, Rivers of Nihil, Soreption, Inferi, and many others building on from the work that bands like Necrophagist and Spawn of Possession left behind. If you're not on bored right now and miss what's going on it's truly a shame. We live in a very interesting and diverse time of metal today and I'm happy to be a part of it.

@@w0ode198 Indeed 2018 was the greatest album-year since the early 90s, and Beyond Creation wasn't even in my top 10 (then again, I preferred the first 2 albums, but this song in particular is VERY good)!

The same three bands had a show down in 2015. I gave that one to Psycroptic for their self titled album. So, I'd probably give it to Beyond Creation for 2018

Beyond Creation and Obscura have both really shown how intricate metal can be. Diluvium is the best album I've heard in a loooong time

This is my absolute favorite tech/ neo classical metal band, these guys never disappoint and are always stepping up there game every time they produce a new album. I'd sell my soul to be half as good as these guys. 8 string guitars and six string bass.... amazing shit. Can't wait to see these guys in September!!

3:41 - 4:40 was a guitar riff made years prior by The faceless, Autotheist movement 3 was the song that has that same riff but slightly altered

It's slightly reminiscent of Gojira in riff structure but grooves and punches like Beyond Creation. Fucking gorgeous. Satisfying long time fans and impressing new ones.

People able to play beyond’s stuff do not need tabs aha.. especially for the bass. If you manage to learn 6 string fretless, transcribing a track must be an easy deal

The instrumentation is very impressive and it seems like they're expanding upon it for this album. I'm not really blown away by the vocals to be completely honest but this is good shit!

@@rskat501 tech death is usually a rather diverse genre, at least among its major bands. The overall sound of the Faceless and Beyond Creation is also very different, yet the cleans sound similar.
Federico Luzzi actually I've noticed that the faceless and beyond creation sound very similar. Segments of their songs anyways.
@@rskat501 well I've always thought BC have a very distinct style (heavily tapped riffs and amazing basslines for examples are elements of it) that I don't find in the Faceless' material, so that's an interesting take on it

Bass is a bit lower than what it was in the previous albums right? :v can't say i like that part very much. I loved the clear bass higher in the mix the previous albums have. Still freaking awesome tho. can't wait for the full thing...and bass playthroughs XD
