I'm not sure that I could list just one game, but I would definitely consider Sunset Riders to be one of the best. I also really like some of the beat em ups like Ninja Turtles and Golden Axe Revenge of Death Adder.
If Microsoft + Nintendo + Google + SNK Playmore + Sony + sega / should just joint forces team up and make a ultimate console together it would be better for gaming 🤝🤝🤝🤝🤝🤝
Actually, you would need the bios and the rom, and they do run on MAME. You would need a copy of mutnat.zip and neogeo.zip. You would need to find a version of neogeo.zip that actually works on your version of MAME. Another option would be to find a version of MAME that works with your copy of neogeo.zip.

The Neo Geo games are on their own program you have to set up not on Mame. Their games are Bios instead of roms
