In your experience, do .22 rifles get any better in terms of accuracy after several hundred rounds on them or are they simply going to shoot to their potential after a few rounds out of the box?
Testing areas (Lapua) suggest putting 6-700 rounds trough the pipe before send for test . After those rounds barrel should be stabilized trough thermo and harmonic processes. This is how I understand it .

From everything I’ve learned from running these and selling these they do get better after a couple hundred rounds.

Capstone told me 700 rounds through a new barrel before they suggest lot testing
